This place stinks! Find somewhere else to purchase your tile. The customer service is horrible…read moreand they are extremely overpriced. I placed my order and was told it would be in on Tuesday morning. It was almost noon so technically it's still morning, yet only part of my order was in. They didn't notify me ahead of time or apologize just said that the distributor made an error, forgot to include it on the truck but promised that it would be there on Friday. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers!
