After leaving a voicemail expressing that scheduling conflicts would prevent me from future sessions, I received a harshly worded letter from the doctor. In this letter I was diagnosed with "severe" conditions that I do not feel two sessions could possibly facilitate. I was also insulted by the doctor, specifically referred to as "ambivalent about receiving treatment for my severe conditions". During our second and final session the doctor also called me by the wrong name. I did not have a positive experience and would not recommend their services to anyone in need.

While I could type this GIGANTIC review and gush about how much Dr. Pitts from Clocktower has…read moreempowered me and my life, I will keep it simple and say this: Dr. Claudia Pitts is one of the most incredible, kind people I have ever met throughout my 47 years of life. Truly. I have been seeing her in one fashion or another for many, many years. We were first introduced when my father was passing away from Alzheimers and she was a tremendous help at that point. I then started seeing Dr. Terbovic afterwards and she was also fantastic. Over time, due to insurance drama during Covid, I had to switch therapists and they were not even REMOTELY as amazing as Clocktower. In 2023 things changed again and I was able to start seeing Dr. Pitts again. Since that time, my life has truly been enriched by her kindness, direction, and ability to listen and provide guidance and expertise. I have gone through a handful of new situations over the last year and she has been there every step of the way. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to Clocktower for providing such fantastic support and feedback. I truly don't know where I would be without your incredible support! Side note - I noticed that there was a dramatic 1 star review for Clocktower and I kind of chuckle at it because it directly calls out pushing medication (?) however that is not something they even do here (LOL). They aren't psychiatrists, so I sort of laughed at that. It also calls out not being able to get a callback. That has NOT been my experience at all. Julie is beyond amazing (the office manager) and if I can't reach anyone the first time I call, she calls me back within a day or less. In any event, I don't mean to be rude to the 1 star reviewer - just make sure you are leaving a review to the correct business because yeah - they don't prescribe meds here ~.

Ever since, I have seen her at different frequencies over the course of these ten years. She has seen me through early adulthood, first relationships, moves across the country, and so much more. She fosters comfort, allows judgement free zones, and has always ALWAYS helped with me invaluable tools that have helped me conquer my anxiety over the course of these years. I could not be who I am today without her help, guidance and advice. Clocktower as a whole has been fantastic to my family and friends. I've recommended many a therapist to my loved ones. I have family that sees Dr. Pitts - who is so incredible. Family that sees Dr. David. Friends that see Dr. Haeffele. The practice is solid. Julie (billing/appointments/administration) is always willing to work things out and go above and beyond for us. She is a joy to see and work with when insurances are being funky. The day Dr. Terbovic retires, is a day that I will be sorely heartbroken. But I will be forever grateful for her and the work we've done together.

Here's the cleaned-up version:…read more After starting therapy here a few months ago, the first therapist I was assigned ended up being let go after our initial session -- and then texted us privately, attempting to get us to continue working with her outside of the practice. This was unsettling on its own, but she also used coercive language, framing it as though the owner had personally selected her for me, implying I should follow her. Strange and unprofessional. The second therapist seemed disorganized and, frankly, not particularly skilled. During one session, there was a two-minute pause while she shuffled between two separate documents, repeatedly saying out loud, "I'm just trying to figure out which one I need" -- which, on its own, is fine, but over time it introduced real doubt about whether the person meant to be helping me actually knew what she was doing. That same therapist later forgot an entire conversation we'd had the week prior, and when I brought it up, she made me feel foolish -- saying something to the effect of, "How could you have discussed that with me? It hadn't even happened yet." I let it go in the moment to avoid the back-and-forth, but the second I walked out I checked my phone and found a text I had sent to my wife that same week, directly referencing that conversation. It wasn't just that she'd forgotten -- it was that she looked at me like I was imagining things, and later cited the moment as evidence of me being "activated." There are a lot of therapists out there. I will be looking at other practice groups for my next therapist because I just have not had good luck here.

C2C then assigned a different therapist 2 weeks later, only that therapist never showed up! Walked around the offices knocking on doors, but no one--not even the receptionist--was in the office. C2C called and apologized, but the incompetence is everywhere. Avoid this company at all costs... Reading the other 1-star review from January, it's clear that C2C is trying to fill their roster with anyone who will take a job without ensuring professionalism, competence, or reliability. Thankfully, we jumped ship with this joke of a company. If your mental health for you or yours is important, this is not where you should be gambling that mental health. Get with a company that cares--not one that's engaging as a hobby. Truly stunned at the incompetence at this company.
