    Amir is very unprofessional, nasty, rude and probably racist. The lutz listing said lease or rent to own. I called and he said he said he won't lease unless I would lease to own. He hung up in my face. Told him I was interested. He then said he won't do business with me because I'm "talking over him". Hung up in my face again. Then he told me he would make sure I never lease in the neighborhood. As if he could actually do that don't waste your time!!

    I would give ZERO stars. I had a friend that came into money and she did receive a beautiful home. I contacted Amir who told me the house needed cleaning and minor fixing up. I'm a single mother he demanded I put a deposit down, if not the house would no longer be available. I did put down $850 and only then I was able to see a condemned home. I have picture and video proof which he apologized for. I asked him for my $850 to be returned and he told me it was non refundable. He is a low life. My bank is now looking into it and I asked for charges to be pressed because he inevitably STOLE my money. DO NOT CONTACT HIM!

They made us feel excited and welcome to join the "Lakeland Lifestyle". I reached out by phone and had a response call within an hour. He spent about 30 min answering my questions. I'm from a cold drizzly area with 2 month of nice weather, no crazy critters, and no major storms. He was our partner, and even though we were something like 3,400 miles away he was on top of the listings, he explained neighborhoods strengths and weaknesses against our criteria, and he was honest. We felt very confident. He was extremely accommodating with his time. At no time did he make feel "needy" or "demanding", though I know I'm spontaneous and I'll timed, especially being 3 time zones away. We found our dream home within a week of arriving and with his strategic advice we put together a winning proposal and secured the contract. We had only been here in Lakeland for 27 days and we had the keys to our dream home, with a pool! Thank you David!     I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

    They went out of business and ran off with my tenants security deposit over $1300. Now, they left…read moreme in having to pay that money back to the tenant. As they withdrew it from the bank it which they deposited it in, that was after tenant moved into my Condo. This happened with no notification to me, the owner of the Condo.     Against my better judgement I rented a home through CDC for a year…read more I was moving to the area from out of town for a work relocation and literally had one day in Lakeland to pick somewhere to live. There was a home for rent by CDC that I was interested in and I went by to talk to them. No one offered to help me. I eventually got someone to acknowledge me and told them I'd like to see the property and was told that they didn't have time to show the property that day. I explained I was in town for one day and would put the deposit down today if I could just see the property and they told me I could come back another day. I ended up renting the property sight unseen and luckily the home was nice. Then came the fun part. After a year in the home, the owner decided he might want to sell the property. Now Aaron/Jada are trying to get a real estate commission so they tell the owner the home will be hard to show with me in it. I receive a post dated letter telling me to vacate. I went to CDC to inquire about the fact that the letter is dated a week before I received it and four days before the postmark (the letter was conveniently dated so that they didn't have to provide an extra month's notice per the lease). I also asked why I wasn't told verbally about this when I had called to check on this situation. I was basically told they didn't know anything. They didn't know why the date was wrong. They didn't know why they hadn't told me. They didn't know ANYTHING. Conincidentally the owner wasn't able to find any buyer interested in paying the price that Aaron and Jada probably told them they could and they had to rent it out again at the same rate I was paying but with two months less rent in their pocket. This company was NOT good to work with as a renter. AND They did the property owner NO favors. I personally own rental properties in some of the areas I have lived before and CDC embodies the type of property manager that I run from. They're just there to collect the rent and take some off the top. Nearly everyone I dealt with here had an air of superiority to them and I never felt treated fairly or with respect. RUN!
