When we told him that we wanted spicy potatoes he said I already prepared the fries...he then made us pay for both regular fries and spicy potatoes... Other than that the chicken shawarma was no better than other shawarmas we had during our stay in the city. The wrap was full of lettuce and little bit of chicken shawarma. As it's located near the security entrance it's quite busy and a bit noisy. Because anyone can access the place seating area, you can see people sitting and chatting without necessarily having eaten there. Maybe they can have an employee control access to avoid having people wait too long for tables to clear. In addition, tables were not clean and we had to ask multiple times to clean a table for us. I like Paramount food in Toronto, but I think this location at the Montreal airport needs some attention to provide the great service they have in Ontario. It included halawit el jibn and ousmalieh in addition to riz b halib and jello. The place is not that large but it can probably fit about 100 people. A corner location, its front windows were fully open allowing a light breeze to complement the warm, late summer air. The music fit the chill vibe. Jerusalem Bagels (a.k.a. Ka'ak or Simit) are flat, oval bagels coated in sesame. Mine had also green olives, perfect with Za'atar Hummus. To drink, I enjoyed their sweet Moroccan Tea made with fresh mint leaves, which reminded me of my time years back in Marrakech and Fez. On my next visit to Bagel Fréna in addition to another cup of that fantastic Moroccan Tea, I decided to try their Jerusalem Pita, also coated with sesame. This time, I filled the warm bread with Olive Cream Cheese and Moroccan Roasted Red Peppers. All flavorful and sensational!
