I tried to fix the issue myself but was unable. I reached out to Certified Auto to see if they would help me out, they flat out refused to do anything and told me I should take it to another shop to get fixed. And props to Premier for hiring a tattoo'd Californian . I think it's great when a company doesn't get hung up on someone's past or personal tastes (within reason of course.) I could see his small tattoos on his hand and even though the shirt sleeve went down to the wrist, could tell he was hiding quite a few more. That tells me that this company is willing to hire people based on more than just looks, and I personally love it when ability supersedes appearances. Phill is great and everyone involved in my sale was wonderful and personable. I am very happy with this business! And Phill, thanks for dealing with me when I'd only had 2 hours of sleep in just under 32 hours. Lol I'm sure I looked dazed and confused through the process but you did great!
