Instead, I found Yellow Cab on Yelp and took a chance. The driver answered my phone call right away, picked me up, and didn't mind stopping by a bank to pick up cash for the fare. I needed him to pick me up a second time at 4:30am in the morning and drop me off at EWR. He confirmed the night before via phone, and also arrived right on time. I stupidly forgot my wallet and we were 75% of the way there. So embarrassing! But he turned around with no complaint and got me back to the airport in time for my flight. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism (I'm used to cabbies in NJ being rude to me) and gave him 3x the fare, plus tip. Overall, great customer service, and safe driving skills :D

After completing my research, I contacted Tony at Somerset Car Service. Tony, was very responsive and professional. He quoted me a very competitive price and promised me a professional driver and late model black SUV. I felt very comfortable with Tony and was assured that my girl would be very safe. Our driver was Shamrez, and he actually arrived 20 minutes early for the pick up and patiently waited for my girl to be ready. He is a true professional driver and gentleman. He communicated with me throughout the entire commute and dropped her off at our destination in an early fashion. Shamrez was the perfect choice for this process. Of all the options for a professional car service, I can honestly endorse and recommend Tony and Somerset Car Service for your transportation needs. Thank you Tony and Shamrez for an incredible experience!

My driver texted a request for the pick up information. I provided it and received a confirmation from my driver he would be there at 3AM. At 310AM on the day of my pick up, I texted my driver when would he be arriving. He promptly replied 15 minutes. At 335AM I texted him, saying he needed to be there in 5 mins or I would drive myself to the airport to avoid missing my flight. My driver showed up at 342AM. The driver then, in my opinion, drove recklessly to the airport. He rolled through stop signs, didn't stop to make a right on red, and sped up to 90 mph on route 78 in a vehicle with both the check engine light and low tire pressure warning lights on. I understand that sometimes drivers are late, but other companies I have used have had the professional courtesy to call me to let me know they are running late. Between this lack of professionalism and the lack of safety I felt on the ride I cannot recommend On Time Cab

In the past, we had used Shreeji taxi services & we remember he showed up on time in a massive snow fall not disappointing us at all, & well so we clearly knew who to contact this time. We contacted Yogesh ji & explained everything , he immediately made us feel comfortable confirming he will check with Canadian border authorities & fulfill all the needed formalities to drive us. He also ensured all our belongings will fit in the van & yet we will comfortably be seated. Then he constantly was in touch with us exchanging information about him fulfilling the travel rules like covid testing , other reqd formalities etc. we contacted him several times to be sure & he always gave us confidence!! On the day of travel, we realized we had a lot more luggage than we thought, yet he arrived on time & ensured everything will be fitted, all our luggages were loaded with great care. He made us feel so comfortable in the journey stopping for coffee breaks or lunch breaks, offered us bottled water, keeping us entertained with interesting conversation & ofcourse he drives so cautiously & dropped us in our destination , unloaded everything & left with a big smile!! He definitely made a long 10 hour hectic journey a cake walk helping us as a family !! Close your eyes & book him because he is the best...he will ensure you & your needs are taken care of !!
