Worked well for us as we didn't waste time looking at homes that we wouldn't consider anyway. Carrie steered us towArds opening our search to duplex and single family homes. Although I was worried about the upkeep of the outside it ended up that a duplex would fit us really well, and a fenced in yard for my dog but not so big to maintain. Carrie was such a pleasure to work with and I really felt that she was looking out for our best interests I hope this is my last home but I would highly recommend using Carrie for your real-estate needs.
