And the 2 ladies in the office, Tiffany and Lisa, are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also today, with overnight lows to be in the low 20s, we let our tank run out of gas, but Heard Fuel to the rescue, they are actually going to be able to accommodate us and fill the tank up, with only a few hours' notice. When we first moved up here in the 70's, I remember the big tank getting buried next to the house. And I remember that big ol' truck coming up our driveway to fill it up. It's been pretty much the same ever since - we get low, they come fill it, usually same day or next day. When my father was in his 80's, living here by himself, I worried about him less, knowing Mark Heard would come out if he ran into any trouble. They came to his rescue more than once. When the power went out, they came and got his converted gas fireplace was running up to par. They never let his tank run out. And he was never cold in the winter! That peace of mind is worth everything! My father passed away; my son and I are in the house now, and Mark Heard has treated me with the same courtesy, compassion, and care. I'm grateful we've had an ethical business to rely on for so very long. Thanks, y'all!
