Friday was explainable as I did not have an appointment but today I had an appointment and still had to leave (my son has one hour for lunch!). The Branch Manager is the only person in this office that can do a bank wire. Management Trainees were sitting around along with other personnel but only this person can do a bank wire - terrible organization! I banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years before closing my account. It was this kind of service and incompetence that caused me to close the account. They wasted two hours of my (and my son's) time and the transfer still has not been made
