Despite difficult circumstances and an uncertainty of who I should turn to in order to help me…read morethrough my divorce, I was thankfully able to find Rechel & Associates. Everyone was very kind in setting up my appointment, open to my situation and eager to help. I met with Jennifer for a free consultation which lasted about 60 minutes. I was never rushed, never felt pressured, it was simply a conversation. Right away I knew I found the right attorney to help me navigate this difficult part of my life. Jennifer wanted to hear my story, asked questions and get a complete picture of what was going on so she could provide me the best possible explanation of how they could help. There was no sugar coating...Very early it was made clear that this process could take quite a bit of time and money to complete depending on the circumstances. There was always a desire to find the most efficient path through settlement, it was never about money, or billable hours...it was about finding resolution to the circumstances that were presented as quickly as possible. Jennifer also made it clear that this would not be a magical process that she would be able to solve without my help. She was able to paint the proper picture in my mind so that I could prepare to engage in the process and know that I had the full support of Rechel & Associates. Jennifer was very open, honest, direct, and compassionate during all of the conversations. I knew after that consultation that the firm of Rachel and Associates was the best suited for me. During the entire process, Jennifer and her team (Julie, Beth, and others) were eager to assist in any way possible. The communication lines were open. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and most importantly I ALWAYS felt as though everything was going to be handled properly. Meetings were accompanied with email and voice reminders to make sure I was prepared. All requests for documentation was done well in advance of any hearings. This gave me the proper amount of time to ensure everything was provided. Julie who is Jennifer's paralegal was very organized and personable. She ensured that all of the calculations were checked and re-checked for accuracy. She didn't let ANYTHING slip through the cracks. She was always there to help with any questions I had and also manage the many emails that came from the other party in this case. She was a pleasure to work with. Hands down, Jennifer is awesome! She is the BEST! I cannot say enough to truly show how grateful I am for her! She is professional yet relatable. She will work her tail off to ensure you get the best possible results. She is clear with her communication and expectations. She holds you accountable for what needs to be accomplished and prepares you 14 different ways prior to any hearing or trial. She is WELL prepared. There were many curve balls that came up during trial...Jennifer was prepared to handle all of them. Supporting documentation and case law was in her back pocket to rebut any item opposing counsel had to offer. She knew every single details inside and out. Nobody likes to go through a divorce, its not a pleasant part of life. But what one can only hope for is that they receive the most competent, knowledgeable, reliable and honest counsel during the process. It was not a process that I enjoyed going through, but with the support of Rechel & Associates (Jennifer specifically) the process went as smoothly as it possibly could. Laughs were traded at each visit and I can only hope that anyone else going through this difficult time can find Jennifer at Rechel & Associates to help them through this. It was truly the best possible experience I could have asked for. Thank you to Jennifer and her team for ensuring the desired results were achieved in the quickest timeframe possible! Sincerely, Joel

Back then, my mother had to hire two attorneys just to keep up with Tedd's expertise and determination. That experience always stuck with me, and when it came time for my own divorce, I knew Tedd would be my secret weapon. From day one, Tedd was straightforward, confident, and focused on results. He doesn't sugarcoat things or waste time--he gets right to the point and stands his ground. I was extremely nervous leading up to my deposition, but thanks to Tedd's preparation and strategy, I wasn't even questioned during my portion. The opposing party ended up settling, which speaks volumes about his skill and presence. Tedd is sharp, cutthroat when necessary, and efficient. Despite how emotionally draining divorce can be, he kept things professional, even light at times, and never bled me dry financially. He made sure I received the assets I was entitled to and effectively exposed the unfair distribution the other side tried to present. He also helped with custody matters, ensuring the opposing party knew I wasn't there to play games. I can't say enough about his team as well. Deniese from the financial side is incredibly patient, detailed, and knowledgeable, and Heidi, his paralegal, is just as fantastic--responsive, organized, and reassuring throughout the process. Whether your case is simple or complex, this is the team you want on your side. They make the process look easy, and if you're a "problem child" client like my father once was, you'll still get top-tier results--with a bit of humor along the way. I highly recommend Tedd and his entire team. They deliver results, protect your interests, and make one of life's hardest experiences far more manageable.
