Dealt with his firm once on my own and the second time my family hired him on my behalf while I was unconscious in the hospital. The first time after completing the case, ligoris firm decided to charge me an additional 3.5k for supplies used during my case that took nearly 3 years to settle. My case manager was never in the office and took weeks to respond to emails or calls. That 3.5k on top of the percentage he charges was disgraceful, real CHEAP firm. It was an easy case; in my view they did not need to add more fees, and I felt taken advantage of.. It was bad enough I waited so long but to take more money truly made no sense, only conclusion I could come to is that they needed it more than me. SCUMBAG! The second time I was unconscious for days and for whatever reason my family reached out to his office on my behalf. I was disappointed when I woke up finally, but if it made my family feel useful i didn't have the energy to fight it. The investigator was cool. I asked for help on a couple of things a couple of weeks after the investigator came. They again took their time responding and when they did, they ignored my requests. I ended up getting a call about 3 weeks from the first time I had spoke with the case manager, this time it was a random guy on a call saying: they did not want to represent me, and I felt it was because my case was not financially worthwhile to them! I needed so much help at that time it blew my mind how they could be so cruel. They are a law firm who is supposed to be for the client and instead, were all about the almighty dollar! I would never suggest chris ligoris firm to anybody. Use literally anyone else or represent yourself if possible. In my case, I was charged an additional 3.5k I did not expect, and I personally felt taken advantage of. Real piece of work this firm. After the 3rd time, I said, "Sir, Can i ask u what exactly do u Require of me information wise B4 we have a consultation over the phone because i have had my personal information stolen 2 times in my life thus far so i am a bit weary & skeptical about giving out a lot of info over the phone, which is why i like to do things in person. His demeanor changed, he got LOUD, AGGRESSIVE, now shouting, "I ASKED U FOR UR NAME". 2nd RED FLAG. Not only was he NOT paying attention, he kept repeating himself, but NOW he is Loud, Aggressive with his speech, demanding, then he flips whatever is going on in his head on ME like i did something wrong here, so i told him, SIR, I gave u what u asked for 3 times in a row, u asked for my name & I gave it to u 3 times. He then says, "OH, give me your name again & what's ur first name". I told him again, then when i asked him what he requires for a consultation, he FLIPPED, got OFFENDED, for WHAT i don't know as he seems BI POLAR, then says I AXED, yes, I AXED u for ur name, what do U think, I need this cause where are u gonna go for help if u can't give ur info and.......at this point I was NOT appreciating the combativeness, the aggressiveness, that accusation, lack of paying attention, NO patience, can't answer simple questions, so I hung up. NOW people......do u understand that a LAW FIRM is supposed to represent U right? Now how do u think U R gonna be WELL represented if this person is showing he does NOT LISTEN, Is repetitive, has NO PATIENCE, speaks to u in a Loud & gets AGGRESSIVE over the phone, gets OFFENDED over U asking ONE question because u have a valid concern & u have a right to ask questions as that is what SMART people do. And THIS is all just from a 2 minute conversation. IMAGINE if he is taking long with a case & u question him about it, the backlash u gonna get, the disrespect that ur gonna get.
