When Cleaning Service LLC came, they didn't say the job was a restoration- they said it was deep cleaning, didn't complain once and went straight to work. They worked hard 2 people for 11-12hrs and got my house sparkling clean in the formal living room, formal dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom, hallway to garage, kitchen, family room, upstairs master bathroom. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deep hand cleaned wall, wainscot, baseboards, window panes, window sills, floor, light switch plates, faucets, sinks, shower, grout, if it's part of the room, it was cleaned. We recently moved to…read morethe area and were looking for a new cleaner and signed up with MaidProm initial offered first clean price (1000) was too high and we requested a discount, which the owner Nicole reduced by 30 percent. Of note this was not the same price, though fairly similar, as subsequent cleans. The overall clean was okay but did not knock our socks off. The cleaners were clearly shocked by the house size despite us giving specific size details and offering to allow a tour first to better choose the size. Several rooms and bathrooms were subpar with residue and dust as seen in our pictures, but again not terrible. However, given the price we decided to explore other options and I notified the scheduler Allison (and subsequently the owner Nicole) of such. We did not ask for a refund and we declined the option to have the cleaners come back a second time. Nicole then accused me of never intending to do repetitive cleans but I decided to leave it as is until I noticed she had raised the invoice and the charge on my card by over 200 dollars without notice. Her position is that the reduction was a discount for for recurrent services rather than a first clean discount we agreed to, despite the fact that it was not applied to the recurrent clean estimates, only this first clean. I understand her point of view but given quality of the clean I cannot possibly recommend it for that price.
