I highly recommend her, especially if you are booking a wedding at High Sierra Iris and Wedding Gardens; she knows how to move those tables and chairs seamlessly between ceremony & reception. Jessica was so easy to work with, offered great package options, and had fantastic ideas for drinks that felt fun, thoughtful, and totally elevated. She was also super flexible--working with us to tweak cocktails based on guest allergies and letting us fully personalize the menu by renaming drinks to things meaningful to us (pet names, our wedding date, etc.) and creating a custom bar menu. It made the whole experience feel extra special and very us. Pro tip: get the add-ons. The syrups/juices, hydration station (especially clutch for non-drinkers), and having them handle cups and ice is 1000% worth it. That is the last thing you want to be thinking about on your event day, and they made it completely seamless. They also arrived early to set everything up, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. And Margie?? An absolute rockstar. Not only was she amazing behind the bar, but she jumped in to help with anything and everything--securing table covers that were trying to blow away in the wind, taking out trash, clearing tables, and hopping back behind the bar to keep drinks flowing. Truly went above and beyond. Speaking of the bar: the line never got out of hand (even with 100+ guests), which was incredible. And both Jessica and Margie were so warm and fun & our guests loved chatting with them all night. The drinks themselves were so good, like something you'd happily pay $14 for at a bar. Thoughtfully crafted, consistently delicious, and absolutely something guests were going out of their way to compliment. They really made the whole experience feel elevated and special. Could not recommend Barbility more--we'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Once hired in contract, Jessica and I had a few calls/ emails to select the craft drinks and discuss all details which I appreciated' the calls, ' cause I am highly organized and a preplanner and so is Jess. The day of the event we only had a couple hours to set up of which, everything went off without an issue. The bar was super cute and all the extra details, like the custom menu, flowers, feathers, decor and extra touches really added a little extra to the bar and hydration station. The guests loved the bar; craft cocktails and the two ladies were so fun and enthusiastic. If you are in the market for a bar service, highly recommend.

Throughout the planning process, I was repeatedly reassured that the decor would look like the inspiration photos I provided. Nikki would tell me that she understood my vision and that it would be executed accordingly. Once the wedding came and I expressed that I was unhappy with how things turned out, her response completely changed and I was told that inspiration photos are "just inspiration" and that it was never going to look exactly like them. That was extremely frustrating considering the expectations that had been set for months beforehand. There were also several issues during the actual events. First when I entered the hall the stage wasn't even complete I had to call Nikki to come back and fiThe stage broke during my wedding, and the chairs provided were extremely poor quality to the point that multiple guests fell out of them. On one of my two event days, the decor was also not completed on time. After spending months planning every detail and trusting someone with such important events, these are not things you expect to be dealing with on your wedding day. I also found the way things were handled afterward to be extremely unprofessional. I specifically told Nikki that I did not want my wedding or event posted on social media. She still posted a video and then proceeded to block me on Instagram. She also made negative comments and started unnecessary rumors involving me and my wedding coordinator, who I absolutely loved working with and never had any issues with. My husband and my in-laws were also brought into situations and conversations that were completely unnecessary. I found this incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, especially from someone we had trusted and worked so closely with for months. I put a lot of trust into Nikki and NC Event Designs for one of the most important times in my life, and unfortunately the experience was nothing like what I expected after 8 months of planning. I felt that a lot was promised throughout the process, but when it came time to deliver, the expectations that had been set were suddenly changed. Your wedding day is something you cannot get back or redo, which is why this experience was so upsetting for me. , I would never recommend NC Event Designs.
