Went there to powder coat some Harley parts. Was greeted by a nice office person who was cheerful but didn't know a thing about anything and was really no help at all! Took two days of leaving my parts there to get a price by the owner who was greedy, not too personable,, and was felt like I was dealing with the grinch - he just had that slimey business look to him. Told me my parts would be ready in a week - on Friday at noon. Went at noon and they weren't ready! Was told they would be ready at three. Went at three and they weren't ready. Would have been nice to get a call from the useless office person! Was told they would be ready by five. Called at five and they still weren't ready. Was told they would be ready the next day noon. Weren't ready and then told I'd have to wait for Monday. Went Monday and finally got my parts. Quality was a 7 out of 10. NEVER GOING BACK AND DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL FOR ANYTHING!!! read more

Excellent customer service and they did a beautiful job! our home has custom iron work that was produced in Mexico by hand. After 28 years and several coats of paint that had built up on it we needed to have it sandblasted and powder coated. It turned out beautiful! Absolutely the worst service. I would give them zero stars if I could. They did not meet the deadline that they set. They did not notify me of the delay though it would be hard considering they did not even take my phone number. After calling them to find out that it was complete I drove 45 min only to find out that it was not complete and my parts were damaged. They said they would finish it and that they would call me to pick it up the following day. I did not receive a call made the trip once again and my parts were not repaired. I was given the parts and charged $165.00. My parts are now worthless so using this company cost me lots of time and money and the owner does not care! Had two swivel patio chairs sand blasted & powder coated. There were some issues with the quality and the owner stepped up and made the chairs look like new. Very pleased with the outcome and the very professional attitude of the owner/and April in the front office. I stopped unannounced to drop off three sheet metal items to be powder coated. When I arrived the owner was at lunch. I should have considered this possibility prior to my visit. Two employees were in the shop. They tried their best to work with me, but we did have a little language barrier. One gentleman called the boss and we had a brief discussion ending with me leaving the items there with a hand written note and a color swatch that I had prepared. I waited two weeks before calling. I was informed that the items would be finished and ready for pickup the next day. I drove to Ft. Myers this morning to pickup the finished product. They were done to perfection and I couldn't be happier! Thank you to the employees, and owner at Ameritech! When you deal with a privately owned business, things aren't always as structured as you might wish. That being said, the work was completed in a timely manner, to perfection, at a very reasonable and fair price. I couldn't have asked for more! read more
