We went twice during the day and at night Night is definitely busier vibe so heads up We went early morning and if you want a more chill vibe ...then go during this time We really took in the spa this time hitting the salt room Soooo relaxing in there We did some saunas and hot tubs and steam rooms My hubby did a few rituals to sweat it out and did the salt scrub as well Overall the price and quality are soooo worth it and I totally want to come back again here!!!

We enjoyed the hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas and the salt room I did two rituals in the sauna and completely survived them on both occasions The staff there are super chill and friendly We ended up eating at the bistro as well for dinner one evening Food is super good We had the med bowl, hummus board and I had the turkey croissant sandwich The quality there is more than what they charge...smaller than somewhere like Thermea but totally worth it Of note....expect it to be busy in the evenings That's their busy time and I can only imagine what it's like on weekends We will definitely come back to this gem of a spa that we found

We got there for 8:30 and it was pretty quiet, and we got to enjoy at least one thermal cycle before the crowds got bigger. My favourites are the salt scrub, steam saunas and hot stone beds. The rituals are also fun to attend and are definitely a challenge to stay through the whole thing! I like that there are different kinda throughout the day. Get there 15mins earlier though because they fill up fast. My relatives did the Kalla float pools and loved it. You could fall asleep in there, and your skin is nice and soft after. You can definitely stay a whole day here. We left around 7pm but could have stayed longer. At around 7pm there was a line for the showers. A few recommendations: would like more showers, more places to replace towels and robes, more hammocks (there was a big section 8 years ago, but it's replaced with other stuff). Majority of my relatives who got massages said the pressure could have been harder, and they could have been asked which areas to focus on. I always recommend this place to friends and family, and love that they are always expanding. Nice to be back!

Stunned at how lucky I was to find this place! Great location, wonderful separate building, very spacious and lavish. They were able to get me in immediately for a pedicure and I must say, it was one of the best pedicures I have ever received. The gentleman who performed my pedicure took his time and did a wonderful job and didn't rush with the massage or steam towels. I would highly recommend and will only use this place for my spa needs as I just recently moved here from B.C. so I am very, very happy that I've found this place.
