There are no customer service emails listed anywhere on Truist.com to send inquiries. There is an automated messaging system where you can post questions and in response they say you can check back in the messaging center for answers within a few business days however after numerous questions forwarded I have never received a response. When trying to reach a specific department, Personal Loan Department in my case, there is no option to leave your number in a queue where they will call you back and no estimated wait time is given. What you do get is an automated message that says "Thank you for your patience, someone will be with you momentarily". 3 separate calls and the wait times exceeded an hour each which is far from momentarily. When I did get to speak to someone regarding my personal loan I was told they couldn't assist me and had to forward me to the correct department which put me back into a long wait with no indication of how long the wait would be. Before hanging up the representative said I could find the information I was looking for online or go to a local branch for assistance. BOTH those suggestions were wrong. Going into the local branch I was told I could not access the information I needed online AND they could not assist me with this information and that they would have to call the same number I had been calling again putting me in a position where I would have to wait for an undetermined amount of time. I was amazed that a branch had no direct lines to call their own company for answers. By the time I was able to speak to someone that could assist me and provide me with the required documentation I needed I had spent between 3-4 hours on the phone and another 1-2 hours driving to, waiting and driving back from a local branch. How any multi-billion dollar corporation thinks that it is acceptable for a customer to spend 4+ hours to obtain one simple document is ridiculous. I've already refinanced my mortgage so I don't have to deal with this complete failure of customer service again.

I understand they have to scale back on employees but there should be someone to acknowledge visitors immediately even if it is the drive up window. I have no problem with that, but if you see that the bank is super busy, maybe just have the trainee watch you while you do the job, so the line moves. I would definitely not come back here at all in the future, I would just go to another Wells Fargo. I told one person that they never answer the phone and his response was that they may be busy and to try again. Which is what I didn't multiple times. Still no response from them ever. I eventually just made an appointment to speak to someone in person but didn't want to travel 7 hours to the branch in another state without making sure that I had the necessary documentation. Once I got my confirmation email for my appointment there was an individual that was cc'd on the email so I responded back to him with my questions. No response from him so I emailed Wells Fargo online support email and finally got a response from someone that forwarded my email to an individual that was able to answer my question. The personal banker who I had an appointment with finally responded to me days later. When I called him back at his direct number to get answers to my questions he didn't answer his phone and his voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. A couple of days before my appointment we began playing phone tag and I finally spoke to him. When I responded to the branch there were no people in the personal banking offices and only a few tellers working behind the counter. The employee I had an appointment with was working as a teller when I arrived and left that area for our appointment. He also left me to check on the tellers during our appointment while he was on hold to get aporvals. In the end the issue was taken care of and I am glad that I never have to deal with this branch location again.

Parking is a private lot and pretty spacious for a bank. It has two entrances, which requires walking up a few steps. Drive-thru services is available, which consists of 4 lanes for teller services and two lane for drive-thru ATMS. There is also another ATM for clients/customers that decide to park and walk up. The staff here are friendly and greets you as you come in. Service is exceptional and swift (most of the time).

I was told by a lady at the entrance that there would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait, or even longer!, because there are appointments ahead!!!! I told her that I was told there can be no appointments. She rolled her eyes and grimaced, saying that was wrong. The lady immediately turned to a group who had gathered around her to meet with a man who had been waiting, because THEY HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!! I phoned my dau and alerted her to return to work. This morning I got online to find a full service B of A near where dau lives. I read the reviews on that branch and could hardly believe what the reviewers suggested: don't go there.
