The initial repair person who came to see what caused the flood was the one who told me that the overflow preventer install caused the flood yet Appolo refused to reimburse me for the insurance deductible. Two years later another (different) company came for routine maintenance and showed me that the original ductwork was poorly designed because there is a rule that there should be 24 inches between secondary ducts and the end of each main line; it is clear on most online descriptions that this is ideal for maximum air flow through the system. When Appoly did the original install I had them come back because the air flow felt insufficient and they told me it was by design because the goal is to run the unit for a long time at a lower air flow for consistent temperature!!

We got an estimate to repair the damage, however, the driver changed his mind when learned because there was not an eye witness the police could not charge him. I caution you on the credibility of this company. No one there stood up to the right thing so I am now out of pocket for damage they did. However here we are 7 months and one week later and they're telling me that they won't bring us a delivery for the $248 that's left on our account that is due Even though three days ago we just paid them $250. We explained we have children in the house we have no oil we've had a good reputation with them for 7 years and the woman would not even consider letting us speak to the owner to see if we can get a delivery. Then they tell me that I can't speak to Amy that both of the bosses are not in and that there's no direct phone number or email to reach the owner of the company. And I am just honestly blown away that we were so polite to them we didn't make them come pump the oil back out we didn't make them dismiss the money off the account because it's their mistake that they made but here we are having some hardship right before school starts for our children and they won't even meet us halfway they won't let us speak to the owner nothing. And I know that these women have worked here for quite some time but they really need to reconsider hiring some younger more polite people that are going to work with customers that have been with them for a long time this actually brought me to tears because we will now be paying them the $250 and closing our account with them and telling everybody our story everybody in our community that uses them that loves our family loves our children knows what good people we are businesses should not be ran like this and women that have attitudes should not be allowed to speak on customer service ends. I told my mom to call Auchinauchie because of their ratings to get a second opinion. We ended up going with Auchinauchie because their people were so much more knowledgeable and helpful. They were awesome to deal with and did fantastic work. My mom sent me pictures when they were done and it was a clean installation and done correctly.
