I live in Jasper but now use the Kirbyville library due to the attitude of the Jasper library staff. Reports show that library usage has declined 49% since 2014 and is continuing to decline nationwide. I have noticed there are not many cars at the Jasper library, so this trend seems to be evident here. This is a significant "quality of life" issue for me and perhaps for other Jasper citizens.

But I can commend them that my power didn't go out even when we had power outages and blackouts for several years in Dallas. And they gave me quick updates on storms and if there was an outage from Oncor. The SmartTrack emails are a great help to see what time and temperatures you are using the most electricity.
