Generally, I enjoy producing reviews of a scathing nature for local business that fail to live up to expectations. However, I really can't come up with a complaint, even if I tried. The quality of construction is far superior to other new construction homes I have seen in the area. They are particularly much better than one popular national builder who will remain unmentioned (D.R. Horton). Some builders have a simple goal in mind... maximize square footage, minimize costs, then sell at slightly lower cost than legitimate builders. When it comes to building a home, costs are definitely something to consider. However, cutting costs doesn't automatically translate to cutting corners. Harris Doyle, in my opinion, is an example of a true builder. They don't hide inferior construction behind sheetrock for you to discover five years down the road. They build homes for customers who can tell the difference. When I was younger, I was looking for the biggest house for my money. With Harris Doyle, I think I'm getting the best for my money. The design team at Harris Doyle is awesome. This includes the designers for the homes themselves, and the interior designers. Alice, and the newest member of the team, Erin, have been awesome. Not only do they know what they are talking about, but they actually care. They make it clear that they want to help you reach your goals in designing your new home. And they don't "care" in the way that a car salesman "cares." They don't get paid based on commission for upgrades. If you want the standard options, they will fully support you without any pressure whatsoever. If you want something hideous, they will give you a professional opinion and support your decision at the same time. The design services are included with every home, and its an amazing experiences. Every member of the Harris Doyle Team has been extremely professional. They make themselves available for questions and updates. I actually feel that I may miss some of them when construction is complete. In conclusion, my experience with Harris Doyle has been unforgettable, in a good way. I would choose Harris Doyle again and again.

This is my 7th home, and I wanted a spacious one level and Harris Doyle delivered. The Logan plan is number one in my book. I also like the little elbow room, that I got this go round. I can say that I am a happy customer.
