Make sure you are shopping for comparable models. On top of this you can actually watch them make the mattresses. Highly recommend!!!!

Brian mentioned to us multiple times that we could return the mattress within 120 days but never mentioned that this 1500 adjustable bed frame was not returnable. We tried it for 3 nights and didn't like it and were told that we couldn't return it. This was a scam. I also paid for delivery and set up and instead they left it in my driveway. Apparently the set up was not put in the system by Brian however it was paid for so not sure how that happened. They kindly refunded the $150 for that but now I am stuck with a 1500 frame that we don't want. Horrible customer service. There are plenty of other good mattress stores in Sarasota. I have 2 others to buy and I will never buy anything from Mattress Firm again and I will encourage everyone I know not to either.

I told him we were looking at Macys but would rather buy local, which is another great reason we would prefer to shop at Mattress Home. Kyle could not have been less interested. At the end of our conversation I said , "so, that's it? Thanks for your help" and he said "you're welcome" !! loll ...too much.

I've never understood buying a mattress online without testing it in a showroom. I went to Mattress…read moreHome and did just that before making my selection. The bed arrived, good delivery. I was miserable the first night. The mattress was so hard all I did was toss and turn. It didn't feel anything like what I had tried in the showroom. I went back to the store the next day, was asked if I was sure I didn't want to break it in during the 30 day trial period but could not imagine enduring more sleepless nights. I retried the showroom bed I had purchased- it had much more 'give' than mine at home. When I asked about it, I was told it was much more 'worn in' as a showroom sample. Somehow that fact was never mentioned by the salesperson. I ended up exchanging my bed for a much more expensive mattress that I'm now happy with EXCEPT for the fact that they also charged me $150 to restock the first mattress. Quite a business model the way they up sell you and charge after selling you something that is not fairly represented in their showroom. Since they were already delivering the new, more expensive mattress, $150 seems high to cover their restocking fees. DO NOT BUY HERE. I will never go in there again. Hope you are saved from my mistake.

How can you not do returns on a mattress? The manufacturer would have taken the return if we had ordered directly from them, so it was a big expensive penalty to not buy direct. In the end, we ordered another mattress from a manufacturer that sold latex and had 120 day return policy and have been very happy. Unfortunately , we now have an extra mattress we are trying to figure out what to do with.
