We had wonderful experiences with a birthday party and 2-day winter break camp here for our 2 kids…read moreand were very excited to attend their summer camps. This ended up being a huge disappointment. One of our kids is neurodivergent, and we explained this fully, including his triggers and medications, in the pre-camp questionnaire. Mid-day Thursday of his camp week we got a call that he had to be picked up due to pulling another camper off a stool. Let me be clear: it was NOT okay for our child to act out physically against anyone and or was completely reasonable for Snapology to have us take him home because of this. The behavior needed to have a consequence and be dealt with for everyone's safety. The issue is when I arrived to pick my child up. The woman who spoke to me was very judgmental, and said that when our child had had challenges and been disregulated "before this" they'd been able to "handle it," but this was too much. I was frustrated and asked about the previous issues. I told her we had not been informed about any previous disregulation or conflict. When I explained that had we known about any issues we could have worked with our child to help understand the situation, discuss and set him up for better choices, and be clear in advance about the consequences if his behavior didn't improve. I was told that they would now tell their staff that was important. Nonetheless, this woman called us later that night and told us she'd spoken to the owner and our child was not welcome back for the final day of camp (with a big project he was looking forward to). The owner himself has never contacted us. Again, I am in no way saying it was acceptable for our child to hurt anyone. It was not. I feel awful that another child suffered because of something our child did. Snapology and its staff, however, did not give us the information or opportunity to work, either on our own or with them, to prevent smaller issues from escalating. We also did not have a chance to follow through on showing our child how to take responsibility for his actions. Had we had the chance, we would have worked with him to write an apology to the other child, apologize in person, and do (more than we already do) serious talking through how to handle frustrations and never hurting anyone else. We also would have tried to connect with the other child's parents. Instead, the owner banned our child without even speaking to us. We won't be returning to Snapology. If you offer summer camps, ask registering parents about kids' medical and emotional needs, and accept those kids into camp you should be prepared to support and communicate about those kids. Everyone could have been safer and had a better experience if Snapology had performed these basic tasks.

Kids are allowed to stay until museum close if they would like. Great place for older kids, can't really picture babies and toddlers here. Great place for kids to learn STEM skills and get off the tablets. Not so much for running around since the place isn't too big. I could see my kids spending many hours here. Perfect for my son and daughter since they love building things. Their favorite was the rocket launch and legos. I love the decor here! It's so bright and colorful. The bathrooms are great! So clean and individual stalls. The sink reminds me of elementary school so there was that nostalgia. They offer memberships and you can come try it out first, individual tickets are $14 and that can be applied to membership if you liked it. Lots of parking. But sadly we had to change daycare because we moved. It's been hard on everyone including the staff here who saw our son as their own and wrote the sweetest goodbye card for us! Don't be surprise to see teachers on the camera singing, dancing and hugging your kids! Best staff Everyone seems to know my sons name and he loves all his teachers. Courtnee (Principal) is a wonderful leader and absolutely love and adores the kids! And so respectful and understanding of parents concerns. The staffs are also so warm and welcoming! Diverse teachers My favorite part is they hire diverse teachers, this allows my son to learn about different cultures! Because of diverse teachers they try to celebrate different cultures New Years and holidays! Which is so rare in most daycares! Live streaming No other daycare offers this, to be honest I miss it. Also why they are more pricier than others. But so worth it for a paranoid parent like myself! If you're Asian My son is the first in my family to be sent to daycare vs staying home with grandparents. So there was a lot of stigma with daycares. I have to say it's so worth it, he developed quicker, learn to eat on his own without being hand-fed. Is more independent and grew up in a more fun but structured environment! My family who were skeptic are seeing the overall benefit of daycares and this particular one! Great communication Whether through apps, emails or office visit they are available to chat with you and follow ups fairly quickly. Clean! The school is fairly new! So it's clean and they do a good job of it. Our new daycare I can smell the diaper stench during pickup but didn't smell it once in the 2.5 years we went to Everbrook, must be good ventilation. The floors are always swept and tables are cleaned and sanitize which I appreciate seeing! I miss this daycare and the people there now that I have experience other options. We got there right in the morning at 9:30am and initially, my toddler had a great time bouncing on the inflatable bouncer. However, it got crowded very quickly. There was one kid maybe 4 years old named "Eli" (wearing green in the photo) who kept pushing other kids and whose mother was on her phone or yelling at her child on the sidelines (the only reason I remember the kid's name) without physically removing him from the situation. I saw this kid push 2 other kids who left the inflatable crying. He eventually laid on top of my daughter and wouldn't get up until I yelled "hey, you can't do that!" and ran over to them. My daughter was crying and obviously distraught. The mother there said nothing and did not remove him from the inflatable. Many of the parents of younger kids were respectful but I noticed the parents of older kids weren't. At the other play areas that my daughter could participate in - like the blocks - I noticed parents said nothing as their kids bossed others around and kept all of the blocks to themselves even if they weren't physically playing with them. In addition, there weren't a lot my toddler could play with besides the inflatable. The toddler play area is mainly for babies that can crawl and my toddler got bored of the area in less than 1 minute. The smaller slides are overrun with bigger kids and it was overwhelming for my daughter to navigate with other kids on it. And on the larger wavy slide, she was brave and tried going down herself, but it was too fast and steep for her and she hit her head on the side of the slide. The day or 2 after our visit, my toddler, baby and I caught the worst viral cold/flu we have had. I know we got it from the park because we did not go anywhere else that week. My baby was physically going limp in my arms and dozing off and I ended up taking her to the ER. I understand that the park doesn't have any liability for other kids' behavior or parents' supervision, or whether or not our children get sick, but I felt like the behavior was not acceptable or welcoming for us to want to come back and it seems like the culture of the park, based on other negative reviews here. The rule on the website states "Adults who fail to supervise their children in the play areas may be required to leave the park" but I don't see how this can be enforced with no staff on hand. The park also looked dirty and I'm not sure how often it is sanitized - and I wasn't able to locate a staff member to update them in real time. It does look great for older kids 5+ who are more assertive and are able to use all features of the park but for my younger kids, it wasn't a great fit. Constructive feedback: I do think the park can benefit from maybe 1 staff member on hand for safety and ensuring the Standard of Conduct on the website is followed, and maybe a large indoor swingset with baby/toddler attachments. Edit to add: Although one staff member was cleaning when I arrived, I looked and could not find anyone after the aggressive incident to voice my concerns. The woman whose child was aggressive was yelling his name and it was echoing throughout the park, so I'm sure if a staff member was present at the time, they would have heard what was happening. I did tell the child twice that he couldn't do what he did and I know the mother heard and still chose not to remove him from the situation. I admit I could have talked to her directly, but if no action was taken after her yelling at her child, I do think an external force was necessary to enforce the Code of Conduct. I wish I could have found staff at the time because I definitely would have addressed the situation real time.

*Our Overall Experience*…read more Though Tutor Time was not our first option, it ultimately became a good option for our son. Like any childcare center, it had its ups and downs during our time there. I'd like to walk through some of the experiences as neutrally as possible and hope others will find this review helpful. *Leadership You Can Feel Good About* Stacey Baker is a great and committed director. She truly cares about the children, the programs, and the families. I appreciated how personable and understanding she is, while still maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality care. She does the best she can with the resources available to her and often steps in where needed. *Teachers Make the Difference* One of the strengths of Tutor Time is its few truly great teachers. When my son first started, he struggled with his initial teacher. At first, I assumed this was simply due to adjusting to a new environment, but we noticed that his behavioral challenges were specific to that classroom and did not occur with other teachers. Once he was moved to a different class, his experience and behavior improved dramatically--it was truly night and day. I hope Tutor Time considers having more teachers trained or mentored by their strongest educators. *How Our Child Was Supported and Engaged* For the most part, our son had a great time. I especially appreciated how his teachers embraced his love of drums and music, incorporating it into activities rather than labeling him as disruptive. He was able to develop new skills and broaden his food palate--it was wonderful seeing him enjoy foods beyond cereal. *Staffing Consistency (or Lack Thereof)* One consistent challenge during our time there was low staffing and high staff turnover. This sometimes caused confusion and disrupted teacher assignments and daily activities. As mentioned earlier, Stacey did her best under the circumstances, often filling in herself when needed. *Peer Behavior and Classroom Dynamics* Another concern we experienced involved our son picking up disruptive behaviors from older children. This was difficult to undo/ "correct" at home, as his behavior became more aggressive for a period of time. Eventually, the center addressed this by separating age groups more effectively, which we appreciated. *Billing, Payments, and Communication* We also encountered challenges with the payment system. The app and payment platforms are not well integrated, as they operate through separate systems. We experienced multiple issues with autopay and found it difficult to track an accurate balance. At one point, we were sent to collections for a payment we believed had already been made. Our statements did not clearly reflect a missed payment, and despite the issue allegedly occurring in March, we continued to make payments through June without any indication of a problem or interruption in services, which conflicted with stated policy. *Would We Choose Tutor Time Again?* Overall, every place has its ups and downs, many of which are situational. Despite the challenges we experienced, our son enjoyed the better moments there, and so did we. Tutor Time has strong potential, and I hope they receive the necessary resources to fully realize it. We look forward to returning when we can. Thank you so much, everyone, for taking good care of my son and for your care and support!
