We had a really great time here. The room was crazy cool and not easy by any stretch of the means. These guys did an amazing job making the rooms look authentic and creating a believable story line with challenging clues. This was the first escape room I've done where you had to go back and forth between rooms. Now that I know that's their thing I'll be back to experience the other rooms. You'll have fun!!!! Go!!!

Team Not Fast But Furious - we were SO CLOSE to escaping!

I've always heard that escape rooms were fun, but now I know what the hype is all about. Definitely go check out this location, they're fairly new! There were two women working (Dallas and I can't remember the other name) but they were so friendly and welcoming. There were seven of us, and five of us were newbies. Tbh I had no idea what I was about to get myself into. No cellphones or anything (don't worry there are safe lockers to keep your belongings). We were in the Crisis at 1600 room and it was White House/President themed. You're given one hour to try to escape the room. Lots of locks, puzzles, maps to uncover - don't want to say too much about it - I want other people to enjoy it. It was a good time. LOTS of brain power and team building. I would highly recommend bringing a sports team to do one of these rooms. We were SO CLOSE to escaping if we had one more minute left. The woman who worked there was ready to take a video of us escaping we were that close. If you're claustrophobic this might not be your thing, but you really never know which room you'll get assigned to. They're all different sizes. In the near future, they're coming out with a new "Asylum Room," so for any of you who enjoy scary stuff - I'm sure it'll be horrifying. I believe my friend got the room off of Groupon for around $150 or so. We were able to split it and it was under $25 a person.

Hands down the best Escape room in Tampa Bay area we have done so far. Their rooms are unique, with great puzzles, and almost every aspect is used as a clue. They create their own rooms and Jo is a great Escape artist. Asylum is probably one of the most intriguing and hardest escape rooms we have done and were 98% there! We also did the Pandemic which was great and quite challenging. I would highly recommend trying them and doing their rooms!! Can't wait to do the third one!!

Having fun post escape room!

This was my first escape room experience and it was so much fun! The staff did a wonderful job helping us out and explaining everything we needed to know prior to going in. We had the boys and gals split up to go head to head as a competition and it was a blast. Would definitely recommend for friends get together, family outing or just new experience overall.

By far one of the BEST escape rooms we've visited!!!! We travel and do them and came here for our anniversary. We did 3 of the 5 room and plan to return. The manager James was very professional and took the overall experience over the top. Recommend you add this location to your bucket list!!!

Decked out for Halloween

This was actually a first time I have ever done an escape room, so I walked in mostly not having any idea of what to expect. My boyfriend and I decided to do this to finish off our Halloween weekend, and we thought an escape room would be something new and different that we could both enjoy. So I picked out the Asylum room (to go with the scary theme) and I thought that it would be even more interesting being a psych nurse. The staff was very helpful in explaining and briefing me and my boyfriend before we went in. The room and set ups were done very well and to me it looked like a setting inside a haunted house. This was different since we were engaging and interacting with everything in there. It was somewhat embarrassing to say, but we were stuck in the one room (a spooky Psychiatrist's office that looked like it was before the depression era) for a good 40 minutes before we were able to figure out how to go to the next round but we needed A LOT of help from the staff to figure out and find our clues. Sadly, time ran out and we only managed to get to scary padded room, but in the end, the staff quickly went through the entire rooms in the maze to show us how to solve the puzzles, so we got a chance to see the other rooms in the maze that we never got to. What I loved about it is that it looked just like a haunted house from Howl-O-Scream and Halloween Horror Nights. This place is perfect to do if you want to have some excitement, but also engage yourself and your friends at the same time.

From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had walked into someone's home and were being scolded by a family member rather than welcomed as paying customers. The owner was rude, condescending, and argumentative--not just with me, but with several other parents in our group as well. The environment itself was chaotic. Her daughter and mother were present, and we had to listen to her repeatedly scold her daughter in front of customers, which was incredibly awkward. When a parent pointed out that the waiver did not say jeans were required, the owner insisted it did--until the waiver was shown to her. Only then did she admit she must have sent an outdated version. She even made the children feel bad by commenting on their clothing choices. Throughout our time there, the experience felt disorganized and unmonitored. The camera feed to the splash and smash rooms repeatedly turned off, and at one point, the owner left the building without telling anyone--leaving us to knock on doors to find out where she went. (A family member eventually told us she went on a pizza run.) The music kept cutting out, and when I tried to play something softly on my phone to fill the silence, she scolded me for it. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. When the pizza finally arrived, it was all pepperoni--no cheese option for the kids. I politely asked about it, and she loudly told everyone that I was the one who ordered it that way, adding that she was "shocked" because "most parents order cheese for kids." She also criticized me in front of guests for not ordering lemonade. I was never asked for my preferences in the first place, and the way she handled it was unprofessional and humiliating. Safety was another concern. The protective gear for the kids was inconsistent--some masks covered faces and necks properly, while others left large areas exposed. It did not feel like sufficient protection for children. Finally, when we decided to have the kids leave the smash room early for safety reasons, the owner told the children that she would have let them stay but "the moms made them come out." That kind of comment was totally inappropriate and undermined the parents in front of the kids. The overall experience was uncomfortable, chaotic, and poorly managed. Between the rude behavior, lack of professionalism, and questionable safety, I would never recommend this place--especially not for children's events. I deeply regret choosing Frustration Station for my daughter's birthday.

We did the party package and one room is included but for only a few bucks more you can do both the rage room and the splash paint room.... They provided videos of the rage room and it was so much fun! I'm going back for a ladies night because I whole heartedly felt that it was cheaper than therapy and way more effective! Thank you for the great experience!
