My pool was turning green from not being serviced for a month due to the property being recently bought and Paul quoted me an honest price to clean it and restore it whereas others were quoting me 2-3x the rate. Alec and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and managed the entire project extremely well from start to finish. They took the time to review my equipment setup, answer questions about the gas line and heater options, and made sure everything was installed correctly. The team installed a new Jandy JXiQ 400K BTU pool heater and also addressed wiring and electrical-related issues during the project. The workmanship was clean, organized, and professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the installation was completed efficiently. It's hard to find contractors who are responsive, honest, and take pride in their work, but ACE Pool Repair & Remodel delivered on all fronts. I would absolutely recommend Alec and his team to anyone looking for pool heater installation, pool equipment upgrades, or pool repair services in Santa Ana and Orange County. I told him I needed their consultation service ASAP, 'coz I'm afraid my pool will turn green if there is no water circulation. He told me that he would call me back in 30 minutes, and in less than 30 minutes, he called me right back and informed me that his son Daniel Jr. would be in my place within 15 minutes. After I hung up the phone, his son Daniel was already knocking on my door. Daniel Jr. is polite and respectful, checked my pool pump and timer, and he told me that my pool pump had already given up and needed a replacement. He gave me a quote for a replacement, and his price is within the price range (I already checked how much it will cost to replace it). Daniel Jr. told me that he would come the following day around 7 a.m., and the next day, he was already at my place before 7 am. He got the job done in less than two hours; he cleaned his work area and helped me set up the new pool pump. Overall, my experience with this company is top-notch, with 100% customer service in mind. I highly recommend them, and you will not be disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pool service. The pool guy left the water running,…read morewhich caused my property to flood. Although he eventually canceled his service bill, I was still left with an additional balance on my water bill, and he never reimbursed me for it. No one was sent to inspect my home for moisture or possible water damage. Canceling the service bill did not address the stress, inconvenience, extra water charges, or potential damage caused by this mistake. I expected him to take full responsibility, reimburse the additional water costs, and arrange a proper moisture inspection. Unfortunately, that never happened. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this company. Did I mention the water was left on more than 48 hrs!!!
