[They have the machines in stock but can't get one in my possession] Initially, they said my doctor had provided an incorrect code and they couldn't process my insurance claim. I had to become their customer service because they were apparently too busy to pick up a phone and call across town and ask my doctor to correct the prescription. I did that for them, yet I am still waiting. I've also called several times and they blame an "AMY' who has the ultimate control over whether or not they can sell me an over-priced breathing machine. Amy doesn't answer her phone or return calls. Perhaps if I were to die in my sleep they'd get off their butts and send my wife a nice card.

one star is not low enough. no words to describe what we went through there with our father -…read morenegative reception from the executive director, social worker, head floor Lpn to the financial office. the reception we got the first day from the Lpn Sandra- I wish my dad had been mobile and had not almost does in the hospital- she was so rude and her aid was too- they treated my dad terribly. the social worker should have her license revoked. so much behind that comment- she was so awful to my dad and me. she is not there to help people. the executive director is clueless - no idea how to act around a person in public. (it's interesting when you look on Google reviews two of the 5 star reviews are from Marion the social worker and Lori the ex director- reviewing themselves!!! hahahah) financial office- needs to learn to listen to the patient and their family- when they say they have secondary insurance that covers 100% immediately after managed Medicare cuts them off. LISTEN!!!!! listen!!!!!!!! LISTEN AND LEARN!!!!!!! your " years and years" of experience do not negate that -YOU CAN BE WROMG AND YOU CAN LEARN!!! simply PLACE a phone call to that secondary insurance and look what tou could learn !!!! you could have made so much money- whixh bottom line that's the name you said!! and also treated us with the respect we deserved. the respect my father earned and is why he has that insurance. needless to say this was a bad 2+ weeks for our father-due to the stress they put on him about his insurance ending payments- he had a relapse and he ended up back in the hospital for 2.5 weeks and then in another facility 80 miles from home for rehab (curious that after this place almost let him die sitting in a chair ignoring him, we couldn't find a bed anywhere near "home") well needless to say, this new place 80 miles away (much stress on our family because of this far distance that could have been avoided) - they listen and they had 3 months being paid 100% by our dad's secondary insurance- starting immediately after his managed health care cut him off and said he should be "well" which he wasn't!! bottom line- all they care about is money- they do not care about the patient and a family that need them. and they need to learn the real way things work- we told them over and over about his second insurance-

There is no fancy lobby or 10,000.00 dollar grandfather clocks. Just family oriented owner and staff that really care. Mom was there for two years and was given the best care and we never worried about her welfare. They didn't jack the price up after mom was settled in like two other places did. when mom got to the point and hospice was called in and mom couldn't do anything for herself Tammy the owner would not move her to a nursing home. Tammy and her staff took care of Mom till the end. Mom's passing hurt Tammy and her staff as much as our family. If you are looking for a place for Mom you will not find a better one.
