Everyday either David or one of his employees were there to check moisture content. David (the owner and manager) was there for me instantly. (Although the previous owner of this business had a poor recommendation, David proved to be a five star choice!) Not only did he check out my home immediately, but he also began the drying out and restoration process as well. The flood occurred 3 weeks before my summer visit. He welcomed the challenge to remove everything that could lead to mold, dry the premises, work with my insurance company intensely (detailed documentation included), have a new floor installed and have it ready for me to move in before I arrived! His subcontractors are the best (including the Cleaning lady who worked until midnight). He coordinated everything perfectly. David always answered the phone or returned my call (or text) immediately (including after hours emergencies). His estimates were exact (unless otherwise stated regarding contingencies) and there were no games financially. He's a great guy as well. I recommend David and CARE without reservation!"

Having written that, we believe that Bill Stanley…read moreand his team more than paid for themselves with the knowledge, skills and expertise they brought to the table. We interviewed 3 of the top rated realtors in this area before choosing Bill. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep. What he did, was he used analytical tools to determine the value of our home and factored in both the uniqueness and the rarity of our property. He was familiar with every property similar to ours, both sold and active, and used that knowledge to position our property for maximum exposure at a fair price. Although I want to praise and thank Bill, I must also recognize his support team that delivered big. The photographers were amazing, not only in their camera skills but also in directing us to prepare each shot to emphasize the room rather than our clutter (yes...) or our furnishings. The wonderful photographs really sold the home. And finally we would be amiss to not mention the clerical staff that got us across the finish line. From the scheduling of showings, to appointments with inspectors and the electronic signing of numerous documents, there was never an instant that we were either surprised or not prepared. Thank you Bill for a job well done.
