They started the escavation and then half way through started trying to extort more money out of me. It was at that point that I made a decision to rid them from my property and accept the loss and damages. With my house now exposed to the elements and in imminent danger of collasping. I needed to find a reputable company fast. I called Structional Engineering and Design and spoke with Michael. He came out the same day to survey the area that had been partially dug out by the scammers. Due to the urgency, Michael got me on his schedule and started the work the following week. When you are going through a devastating and life-changing time. You need a compassionate and meticulous group of individuals working for you to restore your home. You can rely on Michael for prompt assistance. Michael and his team worked from early morning into the nighttime hours completing the escavation and underpinning. It was a big job and a lot of hard work. All of the guys were professional, hardworking and did a wonderful job restoring my deck after the escavation. Michael kept me informed and explained each step to me. From begin to end the Michael and his guys were simply top notch. From the start with Michael's honesty, fairness and transparency was a level above everyone else I'll had dealt with. The only thing better than the quality of his work is Michael's character. They even hauled the tons of dirt and rock with no extra charge! I'm very happy I found this company to do business with. It's been almost 4 months and I have not had a drop of water in the basement and it feels great not having to worry about it. Elliott the owner came within a few days of me calling and gave an estimate to repair a floor joist that was severely damaged by a plumber. They came and completed the work just a couple days after that. They did a great job and even reinforced some other surrounding joists while they were there. If I ever have any foundation or basement issues in the future I will not hesitate to contact them to help!
