This company is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They originally promised to come for an inspection on 7/2, but instead showed up at my door at 6am on 7/1, calling me repeatedly and pressuring me to make a quick decision.
After we agreed on a price, they said they would come back the next day to do the work -- but no one showed up. I called them many times before finally getting an answer, and they told me they would come on Sunday. Do they not know that making noise on Sunday is not allowed?
I rescheduled to Monday, but again they became completely unreachable and ignored all my calls and messages. Finally, at the last minute, they texted me saying they would only do the job if I agreed to pay double the original price.
In response to the owner's reply:
Your reply completely ignores the facts and misleads future customers. You confirmed and agreed to the original price, then later tried to change it at the last moment. Instead of taking responsibility, you blamed the customer and made excuses. This is highly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of business ethics.
I wrote this review to warn other potential customers about your dishonest practices and lack of integrity.
