Only in business since 2015, you would never know that they are a relatively new company. I was in New York and needed to get a ride, someone suggested I use this company and I am glad I did. Such great service and reliability. The person that was driving said it was a newer company in New York. I asked him if that was true because they were so good. Professional and right on time, actually even a few minutes early than expected. Good thing I was ready! They even helped with my luggage and opened the door for me. Such gentlemen which you never find with a Taxi service. Great conversation along the way too. The car was spotless too which was also a pleasure to ride in. This company was a HUGE help. My friend and I were suppose to fly into Rochester for a 50th birthday party, after a day of major flight issues we finally ended up flying to JFK. I called this company from Chicago, they were very nice, watched our flight info as it got delayed over and over and were there within 2 minutes of the time we went to the door to wait. In horrible weather the driver not only got us to the destination quickly but, very safely. We only ended up about an hour late when all was said and done, he even brought us right to the door of the restaurant. Great personality, great driving, great communication and for someone that gets nervous when being driven in bad weather I was totally at ease and felt very safe. My ride with Gregory was exemplary. I scheduled the ride the morning of, not very far but he was still required to get to me from Commack. After being given a time frame, the driver's name and number, AND a confirmation text that he was on his way to me, I was very satisfied with the operation. I was a little mislead at first by the time frame I was given but it all worked out super smoothly. A very, very efficient and safe right in a clean, 2017 vehicle. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a lift to the airport. The drivers are very nice, the cars are clean and the price is the lowest I found. I've used other companies who charge almost double for the same cars. There was one time they were running about 10 minutes and I ended up getting the ride for free. Best taxi experience I have ever had. I always worry that my taxi won't show up but I was going to the airport and the dispatch text me to let me know that the taxi was on the way and another text when they got to my home. The driver was very helpful with my bags. So I used their service again when I returned from my trip and agin had great service. read more
