Starting the minute Monica picked up the phone for my first call inquiring about the process, to the last call after our install, making sure we were happy - her communication was excellent! What I've found working with contractors for house remodeling is that communication is always lacking - not with ASE. They were on top of everything, from beginning to end: communication/emails, on time for measure & install appts, and they do QUALITY work. Antonio, who came out to measure, was great, gave me some suggestions, and was super nice, coming back a second & third time when I couldn't make up my mind about where to place the sink. I was always able to reach Monica and she went out of her way to meet me numerous times to get the perfect slabs. Antonio and his helper spent one whole day just leveling everything to perfection. Spectacular! Spectacular! Outstanding! THE BEST!! American Stone Edge was referred to us by another contractor we trusted who did a great job, so we gave them a call. We're so glad we did. We already knew the type of granite we wanted but just needed a good installer. American Stone Edge's quote was very reasonable and their installer, Antonio, was an exceptionally good listener. And unlike the other companies we got quotes from, he found ways to make our ideas work rather than try to con us out of them. He not only came with us to help us pick out our slabs, HE WENT OUT AHEAD OF TIME AND RESERVED THE BEST SLABS FOR US!! We were amazed that he made this effort on our behalf, and he actually did pick out the best slabs! He even got us a discount on the granite. The installation went very well. Antonio had spent some time making sure our slabs matched meticulously and it was obvious he was a pro. We were, however, unhappy with how one of the counters sat against a wall where we were not doing a back-splash. Without a complaint, Antonio went out and bought a replacement slab to fix the issue at no cost to us. Then after everything was completed, he came out again and polished the seams to make them virtually invisible. In the end, we had an exceptional installation that made our kitchen and our master bath look like they came out of a model home! I've got to say, we could never have expected the exceptional level of professionalism, skill, and customer service that we received from Antonio. This is definitely the best experience we've had with a contractor ever and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! The granite I had initially selected at Granite Outlet was damaged, so Antonio drove to the granite supplier's warehouse and took particular care to help me select good pieces for our project.
