Three sets of compressions would have been enough. We were made to do 8 sets of chest compressions on the floor. Thirty compressions and two breaths three times is a set. 90 compressions 8 times. The Instructor let us know at the beginning she didn't teach the class like other instructors did. That was true, we received a lot of stories from her days as an EMT and a work out. This instructor was a very large person and I have no doubt she could push hard enough to give compressions. However, she did maybe 10 of them. I weigh 104lbs, in an emergency adrenaline would kick in and I'm confident I am capable of high quality CPR. Sitting in a small cold classroom with 7 strangers watching did nothing to benefit anyone. You might think it would at least be a quick class but no, we were there for three hours with no book, videos or information sheets. Take a class here if you would like to take frustrations out on a dummy and watch an "instructor"drink Dutch bros for 65 dollars.
