Luan Meredith of Palvella was the only one to follow up with us, and the only one who didn't have the stereotypical car salesman "so, what can I do to get you in this car?" attitude. She immediately set us up with a listingbook.com account so we could search for houses on-line. I loved this service! When she took us out to look at houses, she noted the pros and cons of each. She didn't try pushing us into a purchase. And she didn't try to steer us towards the upper end of our price range. I have to give 4 star instead of a 5 star rating because of a few issues at closing. I wasn't very impressed with Luan's closer. The agent she uses as a closer was a little clueless. Nice, but clueless.

Through the selling process, we feel Mr Wallner created chaos, distention, was very unprofessional, and even falsely accusatory towards us. We will NEVER do business with him or anyone at Berkshire Hathaway again.

The home tour was easy and Rodney answered questions and offered info before being asked. That too was important as I've lived in the same place for 54 years. Rodney is honest, open and offers advice as needed. Always available. We bought the house and Rodney was helpful through that final process as well. I would highly recommend Rodney and his team. A shout out to Ashley for her support and assistance too! And just to add, after all was said and done with time passed, both Rodney and Ashley independently called to ask about my husband. Colleen

After two years of going from one agent to another failing to sell, I discovered the Gellman Team. I was introduced to Bill Keefer who helped me step by step identifying each reason why our place was not selling. The attention to detail, the experience, and his advice were all valuable. Interesting this is, I didn't even have to be in St. Louis for any of the efforts as I live 2000 or so miles away in the east coast! Within a few months, Bill helped in getting our place ready to sell and it closed. Bill is one of those rare people who cares about the buyer and the seller at the same time. I strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to either buy or sell a property.
