It eventually (about every two years) needs to be sorted! Thanks to Centerline Physical Therapy (or IPT) for a few great things. Your facility: it's clean, spacious and great parking outside. You also open at 8am so it's great to get in before the traffic mayhem. Your team: after initially being reviewed by Craig Cohen who reaffirmed the issue, Manuel Lacayo took over in a weekly session covering a wholistic approach from my neck, shoulders, front and back upper torso, moving down the entire back. Manuel listens, and talks you through what he is doing. He is also game for your own music selection during the therapy session. The result: I am three weeks in, and 95% whole, so I can move from weekly to every few weeks! Pain is gone, and I have my homework to keep things in check. I really recommend this facility and team for those of us stuck in from of laptops and PC's all day, and get tense pain in the neck and shoulders. Nice work team!

I should be dead, or warehoused in a nursing home. BUT, I found Michael Griggs at IPT and after only a couple of years I am alive and thriving. I attribute all of my success to the expertise, determination, personal consideration for MY needs, and simple human decency of people like Michael and everyone at Integrated Physical Therapy. They can't be beat.

When I arrived for my appointment there were seven people there with two therapists running back and forth to different people. During my evaluation I told them I injured myself bike riding after surgery and the first thing they did was stick me on an exercise bike, which I got off of. Despite my better judgement I went back for another session. There was one therapist for six patients. The exercises they gave me caused a great deal of pain. I left and never went back. They never even called to ask me why.

Aaron respects your time, respects your active lifestyle (he works with tons of athletes who are unable to just stop training), and he absolutely will have you feeling better before you leave his office. I have sent many people to Aaron from Crossfit athletes, to new moms with back pain, professional boxers, and runners, and they all rave about how amazing he is. And side note-- I loved seeing Aaron so much at Anatomy that I ended up getting a membership at the gym! So now he's stuck with me for the long haul to make all my weak spots strong, to prevent injuries from occurring in the future.

Being treated like your the only one that matters to him during the treatment is quite amazing in and of itself. He also educated me through the "why" and "how" of what's going on each step of the way. I use chiropractic care as preventative measures and medicine in addition to managing my long term health goals and athletic lifestyle. I'm thrilled Dr. Centofanti is now a local to Miami!!!!

After a meniscus repair on my right knee and ongoing cartilage issues, I tried several physical…read moretherapy facilities but never found the right fit. Most places were overcrowded, with the PT constantly bouncing between patients and rarely giving proper attention. Often, assistants guided the sessions, and I was left on my own without clear direction. That all changed at FOX Physical Therapy. I feel very lucky to have found Braulio, who is by far the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. At first, I was nervous it would be like other facilities, but Braulio explained that he treats a maximum of two patients at a time, and that made all the difference. Braulio is incredibly attentive and present. Even when working with another patient, he is constantly watching me, giving me feedback, correcting movements, and motivating me even from across the gym. He explains exercises clearly, remembers details even months later, and truly knows how to motivate you, especially when you don't feel as strong or in shape as you once were. What really stands out is that he stays focused on the work. There's no wasted time or unnecessary chatting. You can genuinely tell that he cares about your recovery and progress. I could go on with many specific examples, and write an immense review, but the bottom line is that Braulio is a highly skilled, dedicated, and truly caring physical therapist, and I recommend him without hesitation. I am still working with him and have seen amazing improvements. The facility itself is also very clean, well organized, and fully equipped for proper rehabilitation. Thank you Braulio and thank you FOX Physical Therapy.

They have several other individual rooms, all with windows that let you see that they offer nutritional counseling, physical therapy and recovery treatments and personal training. They have tons of exercise equipment, most notably their rigs that have the adjustable barbells and Powerblocks, the stacked dumbbells that can be easily weight adjusted in 5 pound increments. We used med balls (some solid, some with water in them), resistance pulley machines, boxes, battle ropes, kettlebells, a sled, and of course, traditional dumbbells. I even spotted a hex bar. Whatever equipment you're looking for to use in your training, it'll probably be here. They have two modern looking shower rooms and one restroom which are available to users of the facility. Right next to the shower rooms is an open kitchen where a lot of personal items are kept; we saw lots of cleaned food containers, sweeteners, coffee, nut spread jars, miscellaneous items that told us some people half live there. The same goes for the shower rooms; they looked a little like a communal living space with random shampoo bottles and deodorant sticks left on the countertops. But the areas are never dirty or unpleasant to be in, which is important to someone like me who likes to wash their hands after working out. It does seem that this facility has a lot of offer besides their vast array of exercise equipment, so if you're looking for a place to start a fitness and nutrition routine or keep one going, this could be a great choice!
