They asked us to submit our bank account information so they could submit our taxes. I drove to their office and dropped off a check so I was not charged any fees. The next day we received our RI ax return in check format in the mail?! What?! I called the office. Left a message with an employee. No return call. Call again and refused to accept not speaking to someone. Apparently someone mailed in our taxes without our signatures or our banking information! They said there was a mix up in the office?! Also they tried to blame all our return call issues on Covid. To be clear... they were not returning our calls BEFORE Covid started. I have used TurboTax for years. This was my first experience with paying someone for my taxes. Bad experience.
