Claimed lock was fixed when left job, when door was attempted to be locked up for the night the mechanism was loose and would not engage, and when called to inform of situation was immediately told I was lying and then in a huff told me he would be out there soon. When he arrived he told me that I needed a key, which I informed him I did not have a key, and was informed that the only way to lock the door was with a key. (That means the door was not fixed ...) he then over charged because he was called out after being woken up for a job that was not sufficiently completed to a standard that any company would have (do it right the first time.) Would not recommend this company for any kind of industrial or heavy mechanical locks. Would also not recommend due to level of hubris held by the employees. read more
