ASAP Lock and Handyman Services reported to my home to repair the microwave under the Choice Home…read moreWarranty home repair services. After taking apart the microwave, he reported that the problem was a blown fuse and that he could find the fuse at Home Depot. I spoke with him the next day and he reported that he'd found the fuse at Home Depot and would notify Choice Home Warranty of same and he would report back to my home the next day to install the fuse and repair the microwave. Prior to leaving my home, he insisted on collecting the $65.00 service fee, which I paid him. Since that time I have not heard back from this technician and the microwave had to be re-serviced by Sears. The technician from Sears reported that the microwave was "shot" and that a replacement was needed! I've placed multiple calls to ASAP and have also sent numerous email messages. There has been no response from ASAP and no acknowledgement of the correspondence. Choice Home Warrant reported that they have not heard from ASAP and have also made multiple attempts to contact him. It is obvious that ASAP (minority company) is stealing and makes a living from ripping people off and has no good intent!
