sent this Vulgar text message to one of his students
that requested a refund 4 times because of ethical
issues that were discovered while reading a contract
that was improperly filled out because of human error
from a VA that was hired by Sensei Jesse Catalano.
2 months prior, While trying to contact Sensei Jesse to try and work out a plan B, we were informed that he was officially "On Vacation" in Mexico, and he was 100% not available to help sort out the fraudulent contract or launch of our marketing program. We waited respectfully until mid December to give him time to enjoy Mexico...
We were told we would be receiving a refund, but were only given other cold and disrespectful texts from Sensei Jesse Catalano. We let his VA's know that he sent us a contract with errors. His VA made an honest mistake and sent us a contract for $0.00... When we realized that we contacted him to try and fix the issue and understand why he would not personally help us. One of his VA's told us that he was just the person closing the deals via telephone & he could not help us. Another VA told us that the deal that Sensei Jesse charged us $1200 for was literally supposed to of been his contract & he had just started working for him and also was confused.
When we realized that Sensei Jesse was not paying attention to the people working for him we got red flags big time. He decided to ignore our requests to get our program started. He would not even allow his VA's to help fix the issue. This is the moment we realized that this deal was actually bogus. I asked for a refund and was given very mean and cold txt from Sensei Jesse. From that moment on he has literally been an evil grinch... This happened on Thanksgiving holiday and dragged on into the Christmas holiday. Literally, this event ruined our holiday spirit and caused a huge loss for our famly.
Honestly, i don't think an "online business" should use VA's. In this situation the boss, Sensei Jesse, got such a big head that he just took our money and literally ran away to Mexico while me and his 2 VA's were lost for words... This is an issue of Ego. The reason he get so mad is because deep down he knows he is wrong and he cannot admit that to himself. It's very sad.
With tons of respect & clarity, We contacted O'Sensei Joseph B. Puleio after waiting 3 months to politely have a mutual and respectful conversation to understand why Sensei Jesse Catalano was so ruthlessly stealing our $1200 marketing funds that were paid November 28th 2022.
O'Sensei Joseph B. Puleio was very helpful and polite. We spoke with him mid day on February 14th, 2023 and were excited to finally put an end to these non sense ethical issues. 2 hours later we received these text messages from Sensei Jesse Catalano after he spoke with Sensei Joseph about finding a peaceful way to fix this simple human error. Ruthless and Rude behavior is all that we have been given from Sensei Jesse Catalano for almost 4 months now...
It's very sad and non sense behavior for a financial professional like Mr. Catalano to drag this on for so long... it's very disrespectful. We have filed multiple complaints with the FTC, BBB, and we had to hire a PI to research and find a business address for Mr. Catalano because for some reason Mr. Catalano does not want anyone to be able to walk into his business and politely file a refund request... This guy is ruthless and greedy beyond anyone I have ever done business with in the fitness or financial industry.
Mr. Catalano is a financial professional, his fitness marketing skills and ethics are awful and have caused severe distress and damage to our very small gym. We really needed that $1200... and he literally took it & flew to Mexico... and ever since Thanksgiving 2022, he has been rude, disrespectful and very toxic towards our sincere efforts to get help with marketing, that we already paid for months ago. Honestly, his VA made the mistake rushing and making fraudulent errors in laying out the digital contract. His VA sent us a contract for $0.00. When we realized that we tried to contact Sensei Jesse, but he was too busy to help fix the error. He decided to be rude and mean to us for simply trying to get our marketing program launched on Thanksgiving holiday break. Mr. Catalano said he hired someone to do it for him... Which, either way you slice it is FINANCIAL FRAUD. All we wanted was to get a proper marketing program launched so that during the holidays we could start getting new clients into our gym.
Humans make honest mistakes all of the time... I honestly think that if Mr. Catalano had the money left in his bank account he would do the right thing. He seems like he is panicking and just been rude and ruthless because he spent the money in Mexico in 2022... To me, after 4 months it seriously looks like he has created a very toxic business for himself. Looking at a digital screen all day has made him a very greedy human. read more
