I figured the "swag" wire coming from over the door sill would have to remain. But he got the wire hidden above the ceiling with just one hole that he patched up perfectly! I figured I'd have to repaint the ceiling, but he said, "Maybe not." It dried perfectly white like the rest of my ceiling! I don't have to repaint. I can't see where the hole he made was! I was referred to this company to fix a dryer that I had the part for, I just could not install…read moremyself. Guy came a couple of days and said that the part was correct, and he could not do the job either. I get a message the next day that they can now fix and get another part and it would be $250. No price was discussed previously. I thought that was high and for double that I could buy a brand new machine. They would not come down on price and I bought a new machine. I then get a bill for the house call, from the guy who was there maybe 5 minutes and could not do more than I could. I have been threatened to have my home leaned on for the service call. If they said there would be a charge ahead of time, maybe. I waited days for them to pull this. I'm done with service companies not being able to do jobs and expect trip charges. The said diagnostic. He jus went back and someone who they should have sent figured it out. They should have told me about a service charge in advanced, sent out someone qualified. Then offered at a reasonable price. I told them to stop contacting me and would charge for each contact. I also let them know that I would post exactly what happened. They decided to not only contact 5 more times, but to threaten my home. NEVER use them. Not trust worthy.
