They neglected to place a moisture barrier down and installed it directly over the concrete subfloor. Since the floor began warping and peeling more than a year ago our children have cut their feet numerous times , even our dog has injured his paw on the splintering floor! Numerous contractors and even the inspector from the flooring vendor agreed a barrier should have been used. Until now Interior Floors has assumed zero responsibility/liability. The answer we received from Interior Floors was that a barrier was not necessary and it's out of warranty tough luck!

I…read morewas lucky to find Everlast Refinishing and Dani was super helpful after I decided on an epoxy coating with the decorative flake. There are a lot of commercial samples to look at but Dani suggested we go to the flake store (that happens to be local) and look at some different mixtures out in the sunlight which sealed the deal for me. This was crucial to how the completed job would look. We adjusted the flake mix until I was confident we had the right balance of sparkle in there. Then we decided on a grey base to match the house. Dani was very diligent about getting this whole thing right. The result is incredible and I love my brand new sparkling driveway! Dani went out of his way to garner this customer's satisfaction. I highly recommend Everlast Refinishing for your floors and driveways, he did a great job at a very fair price and I say three thumbs up!

When we arrived at their showroom in Sarasota they were knowledgeable, friendly, and had a vast selection to choose from. Very competitive pricing too. The installers were gracious and very respectful during the entire 4 weeks they were in our home. The floors look beautiful. May I recommend that you think twice however, living in your home if you decide to tile the entire home. There is no way around it being disruptive. Better Project Planning on their part for the size of the job and the order of which rooms to tile and lay baseboard would have earned them a 5 star. We are very happy with Fairfax Floors.

You can tell they work together very well I could hear them all day laughing and talking.
