I knew right away that Local Roofing Experts was my choice for roof replacement for my home. He and his crew provided a quality experience at a fair price. They were in and out so quickly maintaining a clean workspace each day. Each stage of the project was organized. My new roof is beautiful and well done. I am confident that it will last for many years. I live in a large community and see the homes getting new roofs. Most go with the same business. No trash, no random plastic, no extra bits of anything anywhere. Just a really good job at a fair price with responsive communication. Hire these people.

I changed my aluminum from being white to painted bronze. It looks wonderful and was worth the price difference. My doors used to scrape the floor and had to be pulled closed. From start to finish, Franklin was courteous, communicative, and extremely reliable. His team showed up on time every single day, treated our home with care, and kept the work areas tidy throughout the process. I also appreciated how respectful they were of our schedule and space. The quality of their craftsmanship truly shows in the final product, and the pricing was honest and very reasonable ,especially for the level of detail and pride they put into their work. When the roof was completed, my yard around the house was swept with a metal detector to find any errant roofing nails. Well done Patrick Roofing!
