I was also surprised to see vanilla ice cream cups in the pantry... 15 seconds in the microwave and that cookie melted like it made for holding that ice cream! The combination was a sweet treat! Other provisions: snacks, bottled water, bottled sparkling water, juice, canned Pepsi products. For breakfast, they provide various muffins, bagels, an pastries. They have cream cheese packets and a variety of creamers or almond milk for your freshly brewed coffee! I am usually here for 3+ days at a time, the staff make this place feel like home. The housekeeping staff are the absolute best! So friendly! So fun to talk to! I wish I would have asked your name! This will always be my crash pad when I'm in Wichita Falls! Took 30 minutes to service the gal in front of me and roughly the same to the guy after me. I ended up renting through Avis a booth down in 3 minutes flat, no credit issues. What a headache after delayed flights. Now I have to fight to get my money back in n a non-refundable car from Hertz. Awful. That guy shouldn't be doing this job if he can't properly run people's info.

We stopped the newspaper about 5 months ago and daddy got a harassing phone call telling him they would take 300.00 out if his account for non payment. After yelling at the morons at the paper they said they would illuminate the previous bill since we canceled. The paper continues to be delivered eventhough these morons have been told. We originally had settled on a monthly price of 11.50 per month but never made the commitment because the right had didn't know what the left hand was doing and vs vs. My father got an introductory offer (remember the do not mail, call or go by my fathers house). First 3 months 17.99. Then back to the price if 37.00 per month the neighbor across the street pays 150.00 per year. I am having my father mail me what he got in the mail and SINCE THEY WERE TOLD NOT TO CONTACT MY FATHER AT ALL. Maybe they will understand it when the attorney calls them, or presents them with a suit..... I have never met such a group of idiots...

The best thing about this hotel is the Whataburger across the street! I'm half-joking. The beds were pretty comfortable. The bedside lights, with their adjustable reading extensions, are great! The included breakfast wasn't fancy, but hey, free is free and I like that a lot. On the other hand, I couldn't help but notice some problems. Who designed the bathrooms, with the light switch hidden behind an electrical cord, and only a single towel hook? Are we *slightly* exaggerating things by implying that using a little less of a renewable resource will "Save Our Planet"? Can we upgrade the juice at breakfast, so it doesn't have that cheap-from-concentrate flavor? Can we give the chairs in the breakfast room the re-covering that they so badly need? Bottom line: it's a decent hotel with a few easily-fixed issues. As long as hotels up the road are at least $80 more, I'll keep that extra money and stay here.
