Mice poop! Yes mice poop! But we need Tupperware so we kept rummaging hoping to find "clean" ones. The top ones have poops all over them. Disgusting! We have to sanitize our hands. It's significantly cheaper for phone accessories than any other store I've found. And women's tee shirts, shoes, scarves are all $5. They are the same quality as the larger chain stores. While here I also bought a monorail toy train for my son to assemble and Christmas hats. They have a large assortment of festive holiday decorations and accessories to wear.

Keep in mind that this review is for the physical store itself and not the brand. I have been to a number of different VV locations throughout the country and the Southampton location is, well, OK. The selection is fair and the store is a decent size but the service has never "wowed" me. Sure, the staff has been nice but nothing to write home about. I was in a few times this summer and sadly there was no air conditioner. It wasn't anything I couldn't deal with but it did cut my visit short which ultimately means lost revenue for the store. Mostly I felt for the staff who was stuck in that space with no AC and very little ventilation all day. I'll be back to the Southampton VV's as it is one of the closer locations to my home. I look forward to their new location at Americana Manhasset in the near future.

I don't think H&M is even a factory store in Tanger Outlets. I just come here for Saks Fifth Off, J Crew, Calvin Klein, and Ann Taylor factory stores. They always have 50% off in the store. Many good deals and steals that you cannot find anywhere else. Also if you're a Triple A member then you can go into Customer Services to get a free coupon book on the house. Some of the stores don't accept the coupons though from the book if the whole store is going on a big sale. I also come here for Express factory and the store got so many clothes in a bright store that looks like a warehouse. It does not even look pretty at all. The store got so many bright lights. The food court is like nothing. I don't even remember it having food. I remember I was starving and the place got no variety of food. The Calvin Klein store is really good here when you need dress pants. They got so many styles. Their store is also very hip and trendy with nice music in the background.

Quality is and has always been head and shoulders above the rest of Long Island retailers. Bigger couches, longer tables or just plain good looking sets and pieces. Never went in and didn't get exceptional service. Bill was the rep today and convinced me of exactly what I need to come back for when a patio is done. I didn't realize it but now am sure an outdoor sectional is the must have. Ideally in grey. Haha Oversized umbrella stands here if you need weight near a windy place etc.. Special thanks to Amanda who manages an incredible kids department. She is amazingly customer focused friendly personable and professional and very kind.
