We had to get pre-travel Covid-19 tests here and the experience was great. Starting with my many…read morecalls to their office, Sandy was great at explaining the process, timing, and changing my appointment time. I spoke with her many times and even got a call back. As for the testing. It was easy and fast as we set up an appointment online and filled out the paperwork (printout) prior to arrival. The test was quick and easy. The nurse administering the test explained the whole process. The PCR test took about 5 seconds / nostril. I got my results back in about 10hrs. It can take 48-72 hrs. If you can get tested early in the day you are first in first out for testing unless there is a priority testinging situation (first responders or something like a meat packing plant needing tested.) Paid with credit card. The test station is set up outside, so if it is cool in the morning wear a coat. Highly recommend Cole Diagnostics for travel Covid-19 testing.

Efficient site for CoVID-19 testing…read more We needed a CoVID-19 test for travel. Not many testing sites offer tests for travel purposes. We only found three in the valley. Cole Diagnostics offered the test that we needed at an affordable price. They have a great website to schedule your appointment. You select your date and time. The appointments are available in 5min intervals (8am to 3:55pm). We had to change our time slot. It was easy enough to call and have the rep change it for us. I'm really impressed by their notifications. They send you text and email reminders for your appointment. Prior to your appointment, you will need to download and fill out the paperwork. The staff will review it before you can be tested. You also need to pay for the test first. Tests for travel purposes were not covered by our insurance. Their testing site is outside in their parking lot. Be sure to bring a jacket if it's chilly. They have chairs that they wipe down if you want to sit as you wait. Note, you need to have a mask on at all times. When you get tested, you pull the mask down to expose your nose. The lab technician showed me the swab and explained the procedure. They swab both nostrils. My left nostril was surprisingly more sensitive than my right. Fortunately, it was over in seconds. Do I want to get tested again? No. However, I'm no longer fearful of the test.

Ethel did not take my poor memory problem seriously. When I said I couldn't remember what town I…read morewas in, she made an excuse for me saying that all these towns here blend together. I scored 2 out of 5 on the memory items, but on my report it appears that she put 3 out 5 remembered. Maybe Ethel looked at me and decided I don't look old enough to have a bad memory. Because after all, age and poor memory are 100% correlated, aren't they. And yet, although I've lived in this area for 26 years, I some times don't recognize where I am when driving around common places. RE Caldwell, ID

I would never consider participating in clinical studies if my friend didn't tell me about her…read morepositive experience with Velocity. Don't know if I'm allowed to mention which study I am doing, but it's a year and a half commitment. Let's just say, I hope I am contributing toward something that will benefit countless others in the future. The bonus of it, of course, is you are also compensated. All my visits, so far, include blood draws - and some with urine samples, blood pressure, EKG and height/weight. Turns out, my veins are not being very cooperative (think it's an age thing) and the blood draws have been quite the experience. What prompted me to write a review is one of their phlebotomists, Flor. She has been doing this for 20 years and I ask for her each time I go in. Daniel is also very good. Most times, I don't feel a thing. If anything, it's good for me as I have dreaded needles all my life. Well, this experience is taking care of that. After my initial screening, my first visit was 8 hours and I could not leave the facility. That was a challenge, but I came prepared. Everyone I've encountered is friendly, courteous and professional. So far, this has been an interesting life experience. If you are considering doing a clinical trial and are in the Boise area, I'd go with Velocity.
