We were visiting from Virginia the week of Halloween. Monday morning when we were going out for…read morethe day, a gust of wind caught the driver's door and broke the hinges. We could not shut the door. Killington Auto referred us to Crash Palace Collision. The technicians at both places stopped what they were doing, and gave us their attention. Crash Palace fixed it within minutes. He sent us on our way, and did not charge us anything! This made our day! Now we can get back to Virginia without holding the door for 800 miles, and get it replaced once we return home. The rapid service and friendly guys at both places were terrific. What started as a disaster was made a little better with rescue from two fine businessmen. I would definitely recommend both places.

The owner looked at the car and asked me to bring it back on Friday the 20th. That he would work on the car all weekend. I gave him half of the bill as a deposit as he requested. I called him on the 25th, a week later and he said "I still have not gotten to it." That he was gonna "pull the car in right now and work it". I then went to the shop on Friday the 27th and my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I asked him once again "When are you going to work on my car?" He says he's gonna pull it in tonight, strip the paint and prepare it. Well I came back Saturday at 12 PM. I walked into the shop and there was an older man working on a car. I asked him where Mr. Davis was. He called to him and Mr. Davis said hold on, I'm putting my clothes on. Mr. Davis proceeded to walk out of his office zipping up his shorts, while his girlfriend was sitting on the couch. I said to Mr. Davis, " I would like to take my car and I would like a refund". Once again he says "I'm gonna work on the car right now". I very politely said "I would like my car back and I would like a refund". He proceeded to yell profanities at me and throw the keys in my face. When asking for the refund he says he won't be able to go to the bank until next week that he didn't have the money. I paid by credit card, I asked him to credit my card. He would not do so. This place is a fraud.

I should have realized at that point they were going to dick me around. I waited 2 hrs and called but no answer. so i walked to the shop assuming my car was done. They had cut more off my car then they first let on and again didn't answer me when i asked the price. finally with his head down he filled out my receipt. I want to mention there receipts state they should give an estimate before working on the car which he had failed to do. In the end i paid 200 bucks for a job that would have cost me 75 bucks at a different place. I have spoken to the other welder and he agrees they ripped me off. I'm a small business owner and I understand that times can be tough, being born and raised in Rutland myself I realize that this town is full of hard working under paid people and cant imagine over charging someone like they did me. to sum it up , I'm sure these guys have helped people out in the past and done good work but they're integrity obviously depends on the day and weather or not they can get away with ripping you off.

I was hanging out with some friends and decided it was good idea to drive down a FULLY flooded road…read moreand made it half way down the flooded road in a about a foot of water surrounding my whole entire car and it died right in the middle of a homemade lake and I called boondocks to come tow me out and Zach came right down in about five mins flat and got us right out and drugged through the freezing cold water and got us out and boondocks worked on my car in record time got it all fixed and ready to go and was pretty affordable so thank you to Zach and Travis for there incredible service and 10/10 would recommend them.
