There was absolutely NO communication, NO explanation from D'Or. This put me 3 days later on the path to getting this watch. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. Thanks again for superb service.
