Terrible and horrible place to do business with and to work for. Abuses their employees, have no work ethics and inhumane especially working their employees in subzero degrees at 15-20 hour days!!! When all of Christmas is put up and then taken down, they fire people left and right....... Not even a month has passed since December 25th !!!!!!! They can care less if you had a family to feed.
Beware of this company as potential hirerees. They'll use and abuse you, give you fancy titles but use you as GUINEA PIGS to try out their company's theory. If their theory doesn't go as planned, you're FIRED!!! (Insert boss's name) "Oh, it's not you (insert employee name). We wanted to try this out and we knew we were planning on shutting this division down anyway. You were our last straw and it didn't work out. We're really sorry but it's not you."
If you're a business owner thinking of contacting them to do your decorations, BEWARE!!!!! They are understaffed and have trucks that never make it to the job site on time. They also don't get permits in time for the trucks to get through delivery checkpoints and security has to be bribed to let the trucks through. Seriously???!!!!! THAT'S NO WAY TO RUN A COMPANY!!! Completely irresponsible and doesn't care about safety concerns for truck drivers, decorators and/or security!!!!!
This company is about giving people hope and to believe that there is good out there but it's all just a facade that gives people false hope. Santa would be heart broken to know how this company treats their employees. Their only concern is how big their bonus checks are for the top level employees. I hope and pray that Santa gives these people and their families lumps of coal as presents this year cause they don't deserve anything else for treating their employees the way they do!!!!!
