We had a super heavy car seat, two suitcases & a playpen so his help was extremely appreciated! I truly wish I got his name as he 100% deserves recognition for going the extra mile. However as we got back everything started off extremely smooth, quick and great service. But, as my husband left me with our 1 year old to pay for parking & pickup he left his truck in the yellow zone with hazards to assist me with a lot of luggage. We took about 7 minutes to get everything and went back to the truck; by then parking security called the sheriff. They told the sheriff my husband parked there for 20 minutes! How embarrassing! Totally not pleased with that given we have been traveling for about 10 hours and went quick as possible with so much luggage and a fussy 1 year old.

It is clean, small, and has a great theme!…read more Due to the construction going on, you have to walk up and down a ramp to get to the terminal. If you have difficulty walking that may be a problem, but luckily it is a ramp (not stairs) so if you need a wheelchair you can use it. The check-in area is small, but efficient. All of the airline counters are right there once you walk in to the terminal, and to your left is TSA. TSA wait times at ILM are not a problem, just in case you are concerned because of what happened for 1 month. They have multiple food options such as Port City Java, Jimmy Johns, a market for snacks and drinks, and a great restaurant called "Riverwalk Bar & Grill." There are 9 gates in the terminal. Our flight to Atlanta was delayed, but luckily we could hang out in the atrium and listen to some live music! If you decide to fly out of ILM you will likely not have a problem. This is a great airport!

When i called they said you have 121 people ahead of you. Spend the extra money fly on another airline you will be happy you did. On my return flight they pulled the delay stuff again so i would up renting a car to get home. So to get home with rental car ,hotel gas tolls it was $600 all because Avelo does not know what a schedule is nor do they care about their passengers. Out of 150 Passengers I counted 40! Look how empty the plane is, The other 110 passengers booked on other airlines or rented cars to get home after loosing faith that this plane would fly.

As you read your reviews you will see a lot of terrible customer service and cancelled flights (which what I most nervous about especially flying with a 3 and 6 year old.) Our first flight was from North Carolina to Minneapolis was on time. The customer service at the gate and ticketing counter was very friendly... it was the same person at both! No snacks are offered but it was a shorter flight at around 2 hours and 45 mins. But we did get a beverage! There were charging ports located at the bottom of the seat in front of you. Mine worked my husbands did not but no big deal! The flight attendants were not overly nice. But more acted like they have had worked so Much and we're tired but they weren't rude. Our flight got in on time and out of Minneapolis our flight left on time to Alaska. This flight from Minneapolis to Alaska was a bit longer at 5 hours and 48 minutes. The airline did not provide any sort of snack but did give us 2 drinks through out! I do have to mention you can buy snacks from them. From my experience this is a very budget friendly airline. There is no inflight wifi to purchase and no screens on the back of the seats but with tickets being much less and total flying time less it's a good airline to use! Thus far I have had no problems and want to thank Sun country for a good experience flying to Alaska! Now our return flight from anchorage to North Carolina. The flights were about the same no delays and a great flight staff from anchorage to Minneapolis! Overall I had absolutely no issues fly with Sun country and as a "budget" airline they completely meet expectations!!

I am highly disappointed with Brunswick Air and I will never recommend this flight school to…read moreanyone. My story with them started on Jan 23. 2020. During the old Management/Owner. During this time, I took my first flight with 1st CFI which was about 45min, I asked a ton of questions as to who would be my flight instructor, how long it would take and the cost. I was advised that the flight instructor will depend on a few factors, My schedule and compatibility. Great! On my second flight I was introduced to 2nd CFI, an older retired military pilot, we hit it off right away, during our first flight he introduced me to a few maneuvers, Slow flight and S-turns, he then asked if I have ever flown before, I advise just as a passenger. Things went well for the next 5 flights, Then Covid hit, for 3 months the school was closed. On 5/14 /2020 the school opened up and I was called, at that time I was advised the 2nd CFI would not be coming back so they paired me with a Younger CFI, I was concerned about this and because I began with 2nd CFI and already had time and money invested. It was explained to me that my log book will tell the story and not to worry because I would not have to start all over again that the new 3rd CFI will just continue where I left off with the 2nd CFI. I said OK and began working with 3rd CFI. We had flown from 05/14 /2020to 08/24/2021 fly approximately 3 to 4 times a month with some cancellations due to weather, maintenance and other life events. On 08/24/2021 we were scheduled to fly to Conway but I was advised that it would be my last flight with 3rd CFI as he was picked up by an airline which was great for him but my concerns grew once again, because I would have to work with yet another flight instructor. The next three flights were with 4th CFI, which was one of the worst instructors I had encountered in any profession. On the third flight I cut the flight short because he was too cavalier with safety and more concerned about building hours for himself rather than instructing. I had a conversation with him and provided him some feedback and explained that I cannot fly with him. At this point I was going to go elsewhere, the original owner at the time, apologized and got a new instructor and again my concern was time spent on training and money. She introduced me to my current instructor 5th, I was with him a few times and we also hit it off well. Here comes the hammer, the original owners decided to sell and retire, I was again concerned because I had accumulated 49 hours of flight training, 13.72 ground training and spent $10,785. Again, I was told not to worry that my logbook will tell the story and not much will change. Now 60.4hrs flight time, 21.64hrs ground a total of 82.32hrs and $13,720 spent, I was once gain mislead, the new owner has implemented a new process 6 months after he took over and without notice. According to this new process I am only now 30% completed and my instructor stated that unfortunately the time I spent with the school and instructor prior only will count as experience only. I didn't understand, experience comes from flying; I am paying them to teach. This feels to me as once the new owner took over everything prior is a wash. Now I am stuck, this is horrible.

The gate agent was able to call them directly from my gate and let them know I'd be walking out. The driver was pulling up as I walked out so I did not have to wait at all. Smooth ride to the hotel. I was able to text to schedule my 3:45am pick up for the next morning. The driver in the morning arrived a few minutes early and again another smooth ride to the airport. The vans were clean and the drivers were great. It was so nice to get such good service in an otherwise kind of stressful situation of being stranded. Would recommend.

In this case, I got a somewhat decent vehicle, but service was barely OK when picking up the vehicle. Hate waiting in line for no reason... I wish they could find a better way so that I can just go to the lot and jump into a car. Bringing it back was horrible... I couldn't find the rental car lot. I just winged it and eventually ended up at the rental car return. I mentioned to the guy checking me in that the signage was horrible and he agreed. I get that there's construction going on, but if he even knows there's a problem, they should fix it! Put up some temporary signage to help out. The car was OK, but I really can't stand driving a Jeep Wrangler. I didn't know what I got until I got outside. If this were Emerald Isle, I could have picked what I wanted.
