Terrible, just terrible. I booked AA because I don't speak Spanish so I thought it would be a good idea to book this flight. I am part of the small percentage of people who like airplane food, however, my airplane food on American Airlines was HORRIBLE! Both to Santiago and back to Miami. Not great options for non met eaters.. lack of taste in ,"pasta" Plus American Airlines has "cheap flights" but you have to PAY $75 for a non middle seat. I paid 75 dollars for a window seat only to have my TV broken, my tray table broken, my food kept sliding down into my lap! The man in front of me immediately laid back so I was like a sardine. I tried to get my flight attendants attention with the light and by waving but nothing could get her attention. Finally an hour into the flight I told her my TV was broke and so was my tray. She said, ok 24A I'll be right back. She never came back. Ten hour flight with no TV, a man laying all the way back, my food sliding into my lap and no one seemed to care. I think it's irresponsible for American Airlines to sell an additional $75 on top of the thousand dollar ticket for a seat with no amenities promised. Will never fly AA again! read more
