So, on a scale of one to five stars I would give Jordan and Rick at Nordic Stoneworks 10 stars but it only goes to 5. I had them repair both my brick chimneys and the new work blends in with the original brickwork with a consistent look. The other factor in my decision is that they communicate with you as the customer and the neighbours to advise what is going on. I was able to work from home in the next room and only a couple of times did I hear any noise that might have prevented me from being on a call. In addition our suggested placement of the windows would have made it look bad from the outside and Dale wanted to confirm the placement. After he pointed it out it made total sense and I'm glad we didn't discover after the fact the window should have been over 1/2 a foot after it was installed!

I had dealing with this company that were less than satisfactory. I have tried numerous times to…read morehave them return my calls but they have gone ignored. I went to the BBB and they also received no answer to their inquiries. When I dealt with this company it was Rej Specialized Floor Covering but at present they are also using this name on the internet to try to drum up business. The persons phone and address are the same. It is frustrating that people can just use another name and no one finds out about there reviews because they just use another name to list it but it does trail back to their original company, and the consumer has to be as diligent as them to check where ever they can .Our deck is a mess , the product has lifted, the plywood is rotting underneath as the holes were the product did not adhere to allowed rain to enter. They put no drainage so the water sat on it until it stopped raining and we could brush it off. We will have no alternative but to sue if we want to get our funds back. That is our only recourse at this time. Buyer Beware
