Where do I even begin with expressing how satisfied we are with Atty. Holly Peace? From the very…read morebeginning to the FOUR YEAR end, Holly was there in every way possible! There was never a phone call or email that wasn't promptly returned. Holly was always upfront and honest with my son about his case and what was going on. Though she promised him no miracles, that's EXACTLY what she delivered in the courtroom when things finally came to an end. Her mannerism and way with words more than resonated with the judge as he allowed a slight smile to grace his face before he gave my son EXACTLY what Holly asked for, "probation vs taking him away from his kids and sending him to prison." As I have said several times before, "A million thanks to you Holly, for always following through, working so hard for us and never letting us down. Please know you are GREATLY APPRECIATED!" I'm new to Yelp so please know I give Atty. Holly Peace FIVE STARS IN ALL AREAS!!!

We have always been very impressed with their customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. We have used them for real estate closings and transactions and most recently to establish an LLC. Eric handled this for me and I could not have been more impressed. I needed the company established fairly quickly and the company bent over backwards to make that happen. When I went to the office (which is very nice) to review the LLC documents, Eric spent a great deal of time fully explaining all the documents. Additionally, he explained in detail everything I needed to do to run my business and protect myself in case a legal matter arose. I could not have been happier with how I was treated but one thing that impressed me the most was that all of my emailed questions were answered the same day I sent them. In fact, Eric answered several of my emails after hours which is truly going above and beyond for a customer. Every experience I have had with Slepian and Schwartz has exceeded my expectations and I give them my highest recommendation.

However, I can offer specifics about this place: - It's not an official government entity. Rather, it's a non-profit that helps mediate legal matters, peacefully. (You won't see any gun duels here.) If it doesn't get settled, then the issue will move onto a hearing. - The building resides in a neighborhood with plenty of street parking. - It's not very busy, so plan on arriving somewhere between 15-30 minutes before your mediation. - The lobby offers complimentary, but cheap, coffee. - The mediator, whose name I forgot, was very nice and unbias. Overall, it's an A-OK place to have a mediation. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to settle a legal matter there.

After completing paperwork (signing tons of paper) it's almost 2 months and my son has not recieved therapy. No follow up calls; you have to call to check up on them to ensure they're doing their job! Each person that answers the phone appears to have laryngitis or just super nonchalant or they're possibly answering the phones from a nursery filled with sleeping beauties. When I called to follow up on a start date for treatment, I told the staff member "Ebony" no one from the therapy office called, she appeared to be astonished. Why? She should not have been surprised as she told me later on in our conversation that she had not obtained the police report! When were you going to call the client to let them know you were unable to obtain the police report? Ugh! *(Fast forward) I called again, today to speak with the the Attorney, she was not in the office so I left another message. (I left one last week with "Ebony" but you know, she may not have delivered my message). When she does call, I would have already sought another office for services. Guess, I'll let her know at that time. *(Gut feelings) I actually walked the entire lot looking for the office on our first visit; I wasn't provided a "bldg letter". (The office was hiding itself from me, to prevent me from experiencing grief as others have expressed). Business owners... Do you not care about your business' reputation?
