Great theater go weekly to see movies here. Everyone is very nice, It Just would be nice if they would get more movies, I've noticed they keep the same movies sometimes for weeks, and get lots of anime movies that take up prime Real-estate for box office movies. We have missed out on other films that have come out and gone due to this. Like I wanted to see the newest strangers it was there for a week but was only showing at 8:30 pm. More earlier showtimes please. A few maintenance issues that have been over looked, the soda machines are always flat or the soda tastes off and the heat/Ac always is acting up. The sound in theater 4 was fixed (though there's still a buzz) after I sent a long complaint about my experience with the theater directly to the CEO. When AMC responded, they said that the theater is due for some renovations. I hope it gets them! I've enjoyed coming here a lot. It's a bit homey (in a good way and bad). read more

I went to the movies to see avatar with some family members. Upon arrival, we discovered one of the seats we had prepaid for was broken. My son immediately went and told the lady at tge ticket window who told someone else who said they'd come look at it. No one ever came before the movie started so we dealt with it. My son, being the gentleman, Took the broken seat. After the movie, I went to a manager who was cleaning up at the popcorn counter and complained about the seat. She told me we should have complained before the movie. I told her we did and no one came. We drive from almost an hour away and the movie was a full house so we couldn't just move somewhere else. She completely blew me off and said next time to find a manager before the movie. I usually cleanup after myself when I go places but this theater has completely lost my respect. The least they could have done was offer a discount for the one seat next time. read more

I love this theater. There's plenty of parking. The opportunity to obtain your tickets any way you'd like, in person, online, and what have you, is awesome. Order in advance and reserve your seat. The theater is generally very clean and appealing. There are usually enough movies playing for the varity of choices including the family, for comedy, drama, mystery, or the blockbuster. Ticket prices accommodate various schedules, and there are various deals including senior discounts. The main problem I have is that everything at the concession stand is too expensive. That's not unusual for movie theaters but it's a bit ridiculous in my opinion. I think that's where they make the bulk of their money is by selling overpriced popcorn, candy, peanuts, soda pop, and all of that. I usually only drink water. The cup that they give you for water is the size that you would have in your bathroom to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth. Really small, like 2 ounces. Funny thing is they seem to be proud to offer that ridiculous cup! It's absolutely ludicrous. It won't get you through an entire movie if you're even the slightest bit thirsty. If you want to get a bottle of water (I don't agree that we should be buying plastic because of the environment) but nevertheless it will cost you a freaking fortune. One 16 oz bottle of water is something like $5. Otherwise, the theater is nice and comfortable. The very special feature that I love are the chairs that recline all the way back so you can enjoy a movie with your feet up and your head resting properly for viewing, with super wide aisles for no distraction of people moving around you. Just be careful you don't accidentally bump the chair button with you hip while seated. Trust me, it's not a great look when you go flying backwards in the chair. One last thing, they do have a wonderful opportunity to buy a membership plan. The one I have allows you to watch up to three movies a week for no cost. That's the $25 membership and it has concession stabllnd and other perks. Good stuff. Enjoy the shows! read more

This theater needs a remodel. Looks a bit abandoned. The kids working there are pretty nice. We went to see a movie and the screen died an hour in and we never went back...even though they gave us a voucher. If I was a high schooler running the place, I wouldn't know how to fix the projector either! Not on them by any means. I blame upper management. If we can, just drive to Gig Harbor and go to Galaxy Theater. Worth it. I'll give the staff a 5 and the place a 1 star. read more

Love this theater! Tons of parking, usually not crowded, friendly staff, comfy seating, online reservations, and a good selection of snacks. The theater is super cold so I freeze in there every time we go. Bring a jacket! I always forget one. The sound is also a little too quiet for my taste considering it's a movie theater... I don't think I should be able to easily hear voices outside of the theater... but I've never asked them to turn it up so maybe they aren't aware? I don't know. Still highly recommend! read more

On Saturday I went to visit my dad in Kitsap county and he wanted to go see a movie since he's was a stubs member, but he got logged out so we went inside to ask for help, and there was a girl with braids and I asked what her name was and I think it was mia, or maya. But she was amazing! She was so nice and helped my dad get back into his account and helped us buy the tickets. She was very patient but also worked fast. This theater has gone down hill in the last year. Going to the movies used to be fun for our family! We are "Stubs" members and go often. This AMC theater has really been a let down in the last few months Their concession stand is constantly out of something, from their soda machine being out of CO2, this has been twice in the past week- and they won't give you a cup for ice after they sold you a bottled drink. no Reeses pieces, no nacho cheese. Whoever is in charge needs to get on the ball! There is plenty of staff working, some not sure what they are supposed to do. Guy didn't remember what we even ordered. You're losing a lot of revenue by not keeping your snacks ready and available for your customers! Your sign for buying the treats you're constantly out of needs new bulbs, green food doesn't look appetizing . Theaters are messy and looking old. Chairs looking old and torn. We sat in a movie theater with the bright white lights on when the movie started, my husband was the one who got up and turned them off. For the price of going to the movies nowadays this location needs to have their home office look into what's happening at this location because it's not good! read more

The seats are comfortable. The theater and areas around normally seemed maintained and cleans. The snacks and food is the same as every theater;basic and pricey. Visually the screens are ok. The movie wouldn't play and they wouldn't refund our tickets we had to go back in a second time to get a refund on the drinks and popcorn. We sat for 30 min waiting for the movie to play and then they couldn't get it started and you can't refund the tickets? Instead they gave us a movie pass. Only two. This was a huge inconvenience and you can't get us a free movie just movie passes for the movie we didn't see. Makes no sense it's the least they could've done and it's not like we were rude but geeze that's it after we spent $60 and 30 minutes of our time with no movie. (Smile) read more

This is an amazing small yet modern movie theater. Since I am an A-List member I come here probably about 3 times a week to watch and rewatch movies. The staff is friendly even though they are young and busy. The prices for popcorn, drinks, nachos, and other concessions are expensive so be sure to bring a good amount of money if you're looking to just buy popcorn and a drink. This movie theaters has about 6 or so screens with reclining seats. There is plenty parking and is located across the street from the mall and a few restaurants. read more

I've been going to this theater for over 20 years, but had no idea it had been remodeled and that the competition next door had closed down, making it the only theater in town. I've always been a fan of the easy to get to location and the parking lot out front. I'm a regular AMC user, but definitely prefer the theaters with the recliner seats and was pleasantly surprised to find that this was now one of them. It does make the movie going experience seem more luxurious and helps me feel better about the high price of movies. Even though I get annoyed by having to pick your seats in advance (especially when trying to make movie plans with friends) I do appreciate the ability to not have to rush to sit in a nice location and to be able to skip the previews if you choose to. I'm hoping to sign up for A List soon and will definitely be adding this theater to my rotation when I'm in town. read more

This is our go to theater whenever we watch a movie. We have gone here loyally since the remodel and have not once been disappointed. Seats: It's clean, the seats recline and are plush, there is enough room in the seat isle that you can be fully reclined and a person passing by wouldn't disturb you. Rewards/ Loyalty: I love their AMC Stubs Rewards program. Since signing up in 2017- I did it at Thanksgiving at the AMC Factoria line when I saw how long the concession line was vs the VIP line I was sold. Since then it's the best $15 I spend here for the yearly membership. I've also saved nearly $400 in that time. Food: We get their chicken and waffles, their artisan meat And cheese pizzas, their popcorn, and their cinnamon bites. We don't usually get candy as they are way too expensive. But usually if we get pizzas, 2 large drinks and a large popcorn is sets us back about $50 ish give or take if we've gotten something else. But well worth it to enjoy the food while you are watching the film. Buttering popcorn stations on each side of the concession stands as well as 4 self serve soda stations. 2 on each side of the concession stands. Overall, we really really enjoying coming here. The staff has always been pleasant, parking lot has security and is always clean and overall it's a nice local option. I love their $5 Tuesdays. read more

This theatre is amazing! Assigned seating, recliners, amazing food, clean restrooms. We visit so often I decide to get the Stubs Card. We get to stand in the VIP service line, get discounts on purchasing online tickets, and a free upgrade to a large popcorn and drink! We usually get popcorn, pretzels, and customize our drinks with flavor add ins. We always look forward to our family movie outings because the theatre is just the best! My son and I just saw the new animated Spiderman movie in 3D here today. We had already seen it at our favorite theater, but it's no longer being shown in 3D there. First the good. The 3D and sound were awesome, and the theater seats fully recline (bringing up a foot rest ) at the touch of a button. You also choose your seat (just like on an airplane) when you buy your ticket. Now, the not-so-good. At our favorite movie multiplex, the Spiderman colors where vivid and rich. Not so here. It looked like there was a haze over the video, and the colors were a bit washed out. Also, you could see heat shimmers from the heat of the projector bulb up on the screen (I have never seen that in any movie theater in my entire lifetime of going to the movies. I have no answers for why management allows those visible heat waves to be clearly seen on screen, but I figured out why the color appeared to be washed out: both brightness and contrast had been turned up, perhaps to offset a darker image from a lower-powered projector bulb, or one going bad. Those things are hugely expensive, and they shatter easily. Because of this, some theaters put off ordering a new one. I have no idea if this was case here, but I do know misadjusted video color when I see it. So, the poor quality of the image is the reason for the two stars. When I pay at least $11 for a movie, I expect a picture without flaws. As it was, although I loved the movie and the 3D, I was continually distracted by the lackluster color and the heat waves on screen. I'm not saying I'll never see another movie here, but the only way I'll come back is if it's the only multiplex in the county showing a movie I want to see. read more

I definitely suggest that you download their app and join as a member. Buy your tickets and pick seats on your phone. I came here for the $5 Tuesdays. Got there on time scanned my ticket on my phone. Decided that I didn't want to spend $15 on popcorn and soda. Got into my movie and felt antsy without anything to munch on and had to get a soda and popcorn. Reclining seats almost put me to sleep plus the movie I chose was a little boring, but had to stay awake because I didn't want to waste my money not seeing the movie. Overall the place is nice and clean. I can't complain about the food prices because that's what you get when you go to the movies. I just need to refrain myself next time when I go. read more

There are some positive aspects of this theatre. Cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient bathrooms and drink stations, etc. We went for the reclining seats, driving from Bainbridge Island with a 40 minute drive to see Secrets of Dumbledor. I missed half the movie. I bought tickets online an hour before the show (with a high convenience fee!) and chose seats 3 rows back that happened to be directly under an overhead light which reflected off my glasses causing a constant distraction. I went back and forth to two different theatre attendants trying to get them to turn off the overhead lights. They were respectful but told me they couldn't do anything about it, and I should move, but I had my two children with me and there were no other seats for three by the time the show started. Apparently the lights are left on for safety, instead of just the ones down low on walkway. But all other theatres I've been to do not leave on their overhead lights. I was not happy about spending over $50 to reserve online to assure good seats seating 3 together--not including the $20+ for medium popcorn, one box of candy and a drink-- and then not be able to enjoy the movie. I might have been more satisfied if they'd offered me a gift card to comp my refreshments or a free movie ticket. The sound was also not great for a major theatre. So I'm disappointed with the theatre and lack of service. read more

The good: The staff is friendly, the building is kept clean and in good shape, all screens have AMC's signature recliners, A-List is an awesome deal The bad: 3D options are often not given or disappear very early (Alita, billed as the 3D event of the year is not available here or in Lakewood, the nearest AMC theater showing it in 3D is in Kent, more than an hour away), more popular movies are sometimes never shown while less popular movies on the far outer fringe are shown, it's impossible to find an employee towards the end of the day (a phone with a 'dial ### to contact an employee' sign would be adequate), the popcorn popper is occasionally cleaned up and shut down before the stated closing of concessions without popcorn set aside for sale, soda machines are often offline and ask for a manager code, there have been times when only one out of the four soda machines have been online, the high-tech (stick your hands in a tiny crevice) hand dryers in the bathrooms are an excellent way to spread germs, too few screens and no IMAX read more

Came to see a movie at 10:20 it is now 10:30 and completely dark in the theater still. This is weird. Never happened . They are only getting 1 star because of this inconvenience I wanted to come and see a movie and be back home before 1am .. they need to figure this shit out. We love this theater! It has the best seats - they recline and are like little love seats. They have assigned seating, too, so it is quite a fun treat to snuggle up and enjoy a movie together. We ended up sitting in the front row for the Blair Witch movie, though, due to being sold out, and while that was a bit nauseating, we decided to buy the tickets. Try to buy your tickets early! Their popcorn and concessions are not great, but they are okay. AMC Stubs is a great program, though, and we frequently get concessions for free. read more
